THE BEST! I use both of these almost every single day! I buy cheap luxury items and clean them up, this cleaner and leather conditioner works amazing! In the photo you can see it before and after using just the cleaner and a little elbow grease (this is before I even put the conditioner on it!) When I buy a bag and it is all bent or out of shape, I use the cleaner and the conditioner to reshape it. Both smell like lemon cleaner/all purpose spray. The leather conditioner makes the bags feel buttery and soft! The conditioner fills in all of the cracks and makes the bags look like new. I have not had any staining with these products, and I have a lot of light colored bags. I have not tried this on any white or cream bags. 10/10 product! ... show more

    • Nice cleaner and conditioner!
This cleaner and conditioner set works very well! They have a pleasant fragrance and are easy to use. The conditioner gave a nice seal on the leather. It seems to repel dirt now. I used it on a new, white purse. I recommend this product.

The first one was missing the sponge, I returned it and got a replacement. It works great, love it cleaned my Louie. Only reason I gave a 4 is due to the missing sponge on the first order

WOW! I have this gorgeous light taupe and blue LV bag. I've had it for two years and only worn it twice. The light color picked up the denim color of my pants. I didn't want to send it in to LV to get clean since it was brand new and I was worried about the blue color on it. My husband questioned why I don't wear it. So I read the reviews on leather hero, purse cleaner, and look to see what was recommended for high-end fine leather bags. I am shocked. I did one part of the handle before I took a picture so you can see from left or right the right is still dirty. The left is clean. This is how phenomenal this product is. Perfect for cleaning my luxury leather purses and keeping them looking new! I’ve never used a leather cleaning kit before, and this was super easy.

    • Did not meet my expectations
I bought some vintage coach purses that I needed to clean and condition. The smell of the product is okay, but mixed with the musty smell of old leather I feel like it amplifies the smell rather than taking it away or providing a clean fresh smell. I didn't notice a difference in the bags after cleaning them, I actually had better results with a light soap and water mix. The conditioner on the other hand is alright, I think it does a good job at providing a light condition to the leather. Overall, I do regret buying this because I feel like it did not meet my expectations, and was very subpar. My suggestion to anyone would be to skip this and try to find something of better quality. ... show more
