Sprayed it on entire seating area and foot rest until fabric was quite wet. Let it sit about 2 minutes. Used supplied brush attached to my rechargeable drill as suggested. Labor effort was minimal. I honestly got this to help get rid of some stains that I found on my carpet. Not sure what the stains were but this stuff picked it right up. I used this along with the brush that they sell which was also good quality. This got out all of the dirt and stain from my carpet and didn’t leave any residues. The car we got had a lot of smoke smell along with nicotine stains. We used this to treat and it helped tremendously. We will probably do at least 2 more treatments and feel that will take care of 90% of the issue. We did use on hard surfaces as well as the headliner (sparingly to not compromise the adhesive for that). It removed stains. We diluted and sprayed as instructed, scrubbed in, let dry and vacuumed. You could actually see the difference when doing the headliner in removing the nicotine/dirt. Best product so far that we have tried. ... show more

The soap seems effective and it’s concentrated, so it’s more than enough to last many many many full interior shampoos. Overall, it’s probably overpriced for what it is, but as long as it works right… That leads me to the spray bottle. I like the measuring marks on the bottle, but the spray cap threads don’t fit the bottle neck at all. It barely threads on, and won’t remotely seat. It leaks like crazy if you turn it sideways or tip it over by accident. Poor quality control in the spray bottle. The scrubber head is ok, but the bristles are a bit stiffer than I’d hoped for. They’re definitely a bit aggressive for doing automotive upholstery. ... show more
