This is what the top Chefs use, and now I now why. Just a little, explodes the flavor without too much saltiness. I understand why the top chefs use the. Gordan Ramsey, and many of the other top chefs. If you research the origin, you will realize that it dissolves almost instantly. I'm not a chef, but people think I am. It's the best salt you have every tasted. I was skeptical at first, but after first use, dang, I use it constantly.

The salt is fine. But I partly bought this because it is pretty and I can leave it on my island. The top sticker was torn and put on sideways. So like I said salt is good but I wish it had been packaged more carefully.

Who knew that salt can be so much better than Morton's? This salt is truly a wonderful flavor enhancement! A small amount will go a long way. It's worth the cost. Our deliverer seemed to have crushed the container during handling. After waiting for Amazon to register that the delivery was made (the deliverer did not record their delivery timely with Amazon), Amazon sent a replacement at no charge.
