I just ran the first 5 miles in these shoes and they are pretty great. I usually wear a size 9 but needed a 10 in these to have even close to enough length for running. I will say they are very loud, somehow slap the pavement at 2x normal volume. They feel kind of like bouncing on tiny trampolines, but I can also feel the stiffness of the plate at the same time. I like that the shape pushes me to run towards the forefoot instead of heel striking. They are probably best for running faster rather than plodding through a long run. I’m not sure how long they’ll last but hopefully long enough to justify the price (I got them on sale but still…). ... show more
