The instructions are minimal and the distributor unreachable. This is a total loss since the important features of the toilet can't used. Batteries changed and everything else checked. What an unfortunate disaster. Worse yet Amazon directs me to a Chinese website that has no English translation or assistance. Buyer Beware.

This is just prior to installation. It's ridiculously easy to pop the top off so you can secure the toilet with the provided bolts and wax ring to the flange. Later the top can be popped off very easily to replace the battery for the backup flush if the power is out. Great design Update: I'm having trouble finding the proper fitting to hook up the water. Apparently fittings made in another country don't mesh with us fittings, so I'm going to buy an adapter and hope it works. I'll let you know. Please consider the possibility that if you live in the United States your plumbing fittings will not be adaptable to the fittings that come with this toilet. Again, details to follow. So here: I took the provided fittings to a large Ace Hardware with a big Plumbing department, and they were able to hook me up with an adapter and a SharkBite that made this toilet connect to my us plumbing. Now that it's installed I love it.

Ordered this product for my new master bathroom. Only problem is my grandchildren won't stay off it and everybody uses my bathroom now. Never thought I needed a heated seat but let me tell you it's marvelous. As far as complaints or concerns. My husband installed it and his biggest issue was the fittings. If you live in the United States your plumbing fittings will not be adaptable to the fittings that come with this toilet. He went to a large plumbing store and was able to get a work around. I've been able to figure most settings out, but they really should create a users manual in english and go into detail on how to use all the functions. Maybe offer the fitting that is needed as an option to buy. Other than that I'm completely satisfied. All the functions work as I would have expected. Really love the night light and the heated function the best. It's also awesome to assist in cleaning up small children that aren't as through as an adult. The grandkids love it!
