The instructions are minimal and the distributor unreachable. This is a total loss since the important features of the toilet can't used. Batteries changed and everything else checked. 1 - The instructions for the toilet installation are very obviously translated poorly from another language. It was very difficult to understand. But the worst part is that the instructions were just wrong. It's like they took instructions for a completely different toilet and translated it to english and thought: good enough. To install you need to actually remove the top part of the back of the toilet to reach the mounting holes to screw on the nuts. It doesn't mention this anywhere, so I spent a good hour trying to reach behind through a very small crack to install the nuts (using various tools and mirrors). I finally found instructions for a different toilet online that mentioned taking that top off and decided to give that a go, which ended up working. Also, the instructions don't include anything about how to access any of the setting for the seat. They just have vague descriptions of what each button does. Like for the bidet: "Water for washing if good". But I noticed if you hold down some of the buttons, some of the lights will blink, indicating you can change some of the base settings. But, again, there are no instructions on how to do this. 2 - The toilet had a very bad, moldy smell to it. I figured this smell would go away after time when the system had flushed through. But even now, a month later, that smell lingers. I've been trying to hold off on returning this since it is such a pain to install and move, but I can't deal with the smell any longer. 3 - Returning/replacing this has been a massive headache. They just give you a return label and expect you to have packing materials and strength to carry a 150lb toilet to the post office. I had to go through multiple people to finally get someone who is now asking the seller to provide a box/padding plus a pickup carrier to help bring it down my stairs. I'm not sure if the seller will agree to this, so I will update my review when I have an answer. Overall. The toliet itself wasn't bad (other than the smell). It seems a waste to have proper instructions. But I'd pay so much more to not have to deal with this huge hassle. ... show more

I really like the toilet in general. It looks impressive! However, it leaves a fine mist of water around the floor when flushing if you’re not on it. I flush before getting up now.
