The price is right and it is nice thick walled exhaust tubing. I had no problems welding it up or cutting it to fabricate an exhaust system for my car. So far it is holding up perfectly. I will note that I am expecting rust to form eventually as this is just mild steel tubing. It came with no rust in the package and a light packing oil coating on it. Every piece was wrapped in bubble wrap and I had no damaged pieces arrive. It has a good smooth and even finish on the metal with no variations. It is mild steel but at the price point this is quality pipe. Don't expect it to last like stainless steel but this pipe is far easier to weld and create custom exhausts with. The bends are precise and smooth, the OD for the 3" pipe is spot on.
