I bought a black and decker cordless string trimmer for less than $100 years ago. It still works great. I finally went on to buy a cordless drill with just about every attachment you can think of. These are the lithium batteries that they use. The run time is sufficient for them. I can trim my whole yard ( 10,000 square feet) with one charge. Yeah I should have went with black and decker years ago. Unfortunately I bought a Ego walking mower. Which I would not recommend. The batteries in them have shorts in them which constantly shuts down the equipment telling you the battery needs changing when clearly does not. So aggravating! Don’t buy Ego. They suck. Go with Black and Decker.

Love these batteries good quality but if you have a lot of weed eating to get done I recommend buying two that's what I did so when one dies you have a back up it does take a while to recharge the otherwise very good.

I bought 2 of these. They worked OK at first, but after 4 months of light use, one went bad. After posting a 2 star review about that experience, the company sent a replacement free of charge, and aftervthe return window. We'll see how long that one lasts. Upgrade to 4 stars for now. TY!

fit my Black and Decker hedge trimmer perfectly. Battery charged fully quickly and worked fine, no issues. I think the quality is there and is a good value for the money. I bought two so I alwasy have one fully charged.
