Great hammock! Truly, we love it! It's attractive, comfortable, and strong. My wife and I have used it together (which just breaks the weight limit on this) and no problems. It's decent quality and we are very happy with our purchase. One negative......... it doesn't hold up well when a lawnmower blade goes over it. heh heh.... Nice hammock! One thing to add for those who have never purchased a hammock before (which was the case for us)... After we purchased this one, we also purchased a more traditional-style hammock; the kind that wraps around you like a cocoon. I wanted to compare the two... First of all, the wide-style of hammock (like this LazyDaze one I'm reviewing) is probably better suited for a traditional backyard enhancement, especially if you expect that friends or neighbors will be over and want to try it out. It's much easier to get in and out of and use generally... and it's comfortable and more attractive, to be sure, compared to a classic cocoon-style hammock... The cocoon style (in contrast) is slightly more difficult or awkward to get into (especially if two people are attempting the task) and getting out takes considerably more effort as well... That having been said, the cocoon style was (in this writer's opinion) far more comfortable and safer (once inside). With the wide style (i.e. LazyDaze), despite its ease of use, you pretty much have to stay in the middle of the hammock or you can fall out. With the cocoon style, once you're in, you're not going anywhere. You can easily swing back and forth and relax and it's great. My wife and I took a LONG afternoon nap in the cocoon style hammock and slept like a baby! It was great! Getting out had us both giggling because it was a little more complicated (hahaha). If I was going camping or just wanted to relax in ultimate comfort on a regular basis, I'd likely go for the cocoon style hammock. But for general back yard use, this wide LazyDaze hammock is perfect! We love it and we use it often enough. Even our little dog jumps up and it's funny to watch her try to keep her balance, but once she settles down she loves it. This hammock has a thin insulating fluff between the layers, which (I presume) gives a little extra comfort and protection from wind to keep your backside warm but not too warm. It's fine for general outside use in DRY weather, BUT be warned, it does soak up the water so if you have sprinklers going off daily or rain coming down, it takes a while to dry out. Even after a hot 90+ degree day, I plopped into the hammock and soaked up a ton of water into my pants and shirt that were still trapped in the hammock. Best to take it in at night in my opinion. But as for holding up under water abuse, it does fine... just know you'll need to use a towel to soak it up before getting in when wet. Totally worth the very affordable price. In fact, I'm going to buy another.... because I wasn't kidding about the lawnmower (hehehe). I did run over the hammock while mowing the lawn. It was folded up to the side so that it would be out of my way, but I guess I'm blind or something because I found it. hahaha... Anyway, it actually still works perfect, just not as pretty as it used to be. Go get one, you'll love it!

This hammock has a beautiful soft fabric. The pattern blends very nicely in the back yard and gives me a sense of tropical relaxation. It is big enough for two adults to fit without feeling cramped. The pillow is a nice touch but too short for two. I’m going to gift one to my adult children for their back yards.

Very comfortable, soft enough, looks good. Would not consider it "fast dry'. On my deck and easy to bring in if rain threatens and I know it ahead of time. However, even if it gets wet, is dry the next day. Easy to get in and out of and don't fear getting thrown out if I turn over on my side.

This is my second time ordering these beautiful hammocks for our motel. I tried leaving feedback privately but Amazon is too complicated so unfortunately I will leave my comment here. Buyer beware. You might not get the fabric displayed in the picture. My onsite team decided though that they loved the new fabric so they didn't tell me for a few weeks and had already thrown away the box so I couldn't return the hammock. Lucky for my team I love them so much. Lucky for the vendor my team loved the alternate hammock sent. I will say though that this hammock style is incredibly durable and much loved by our guests and our local community who lays on them too when walking the neighborhood. (hence still giving 5 stars)

This hammock is so cozy and comfy. My favorite part of my day since I got it lol definitely recommend. It’s very large, sturdy, and soft. It feels like it has no problems holding up myself (130lbs) my son (40lbs) and my husband (250lbs)

So this is the first out of probably 4 hammock I regret in about 12 years. I typically leave the hammock out on the stand all year, cover with a good quality cover all winter and for a week or two at a time in the summer if I know I’m not going to be using, but overall in the summer, it’s on the stand and uncovered 75-80%. I absolutely love the look of it! It’s Beautiful fabric, pattern/design! The problem is that it seems to hold water?! All the other hammocks I’ve had (each one lasting 2-3 years) would dry very quickly, this one it soaks the hammock thoroughly and then pools in one area! It’s so bizarre! This has never happened, the ground is completely flat etc. it also, probably because it’s soaking wet after it rains collects a ton of dust, tree debris, pollen. Therefore, I have to get the hose and hard blast it clean, which make it more saturated, and I found I have to prob it on its side. Also, like I said my previous hammock, I usually will have them for 2 to 3 years until they start getting raggedy or the wood bars on each end look bad… I’ve only had this for one month and the wood not only already looking bad like it’s two years old it’s warping. Disappointed. HOWEVER- IF you prefer to take the hammock inside when not in use, I think it would be totally fine, which is why I didn’t want to give a 1 or 2 star.
