    • You will feel comfortable for six months and then quickly regret your decision!!!! DO NOT BUY!!

The mattress felt great for about six months. Then the issues began. Both my wife and I enjoyed it at first but then our back began to hurt. We were eventually able to convince Layla that our mattress qualified for their warranty claim. They replaced the mattress, but the new mattress was no better. Now our backs are killing us and Layla will not refund any money. $1000 for a good six months... DO NOT BUY! ... show more

First day I noticed it sloped down where I lay my head so I then put it the other way so the slope would be where the feet area are. I though it just needed time. Not happy I paid $1,400 you can see.in photos how even my cell.phone slants downwards lol

    • Side Sleepers Beware

Return Right Away & Side Sleepers Beware: This bed is truly not for side sleepers and for the cost I wouldn’t recommend to anyone no matter your sleeping style. If you bought this bed and thinking about returning it please do so ASAP as you’ll be stuck with it before you know it! I bought this bed after an unbearable amount of research. How could it not be a perfect bed, it had two sides, and is labeled as great for all sleepers and on their website had no reviews under 3 stars. After owning this bed I can recommend to save your money or buy something better. No way there are no 1 star reviews. As a side sleeper this bed has given me hip, shoulder, and neck pain. I stayed with the bed and tried to make it work. I made an attempt to return and was given a second chance to continue trying the bed with the Layla Sleep topper as the email said this should help fix the problems I was having. After receiving the topper sleeping on it for the extent of the trial period I still had all the same problems. The topper and bed are the same material and have no difference. It’s just more of the same thing. I tried to return again and unfortunately was just 10 days out of the return window due to a disparity within my dates of receiving and using the bed. After living with this bed even more I am now experiencing that the bed responds terribly to a colder room. I keep my room toward the colder end of the recommended range 65 degrees and it takes a good hour for this bed to “warm up” to what it would be at a room temperature of 75 degrees. Overall I doubt anything will get better and am now stuck with a 3k bed, topper and all the Layla goodies. Pillows are also awful, no matter how much foam you take out it still cranks your neck. Also too the pillow doesn’t reform so you are stuck with lumps and lines in the pillow case. Such a disappointment and false advertisement. Advise if you are hesitant to buy, don’t and if you have and don’t like it, return it ASAP! ... show more

    • The layers slide apart

The most important thing to know when purchasing these multi layered mattresses is whether they will be comfortable, durable, and delivered in good shape. As for us, we have a king and a queen in the hybrid and I can say they definitely have NOT PERFECTED the layer situation. This mattress has slid apart like an ice cream sandwich in the heat. We tried to adjust the layers but it’s still wonky. Long time customers of Layla, as far as sleep goes this company performs…and we were really looking forward to a strong product with more stability. We use the bed to watch shows and to cuddle kids. I’m sorry to say that although it’s comfortable, this mattress isn’t standing the delivery or set up test, let alone the long term use test. The layers need a better encasement system. The idea is great. But the execution needs MAJOR HELP. ... show more
