Arrived on time and well packaged, only one of the three bags had lost vacuum (not sure if they are all vacuum sealed always) but they're all completely sealed, as for the coffee itself it is of great quality, smooth, creamy and rich flavor, all in all would recommend! Hope this helps :)

This coffee is not bitter but it’s full of robust, rich flavor. Our whole house goes into meltdown if we run out! Thus, we order 3 bags at a time and try not to run out.

So glad I found this coffee. I grind it for expresso and it is sooooo creamy.. Hubby tried it as regular coffee and now he is hooked too. I used to hit Starbucks every morning on my way to work for my venti breve, but now make it at home as Starbucks is good, but Lavazza is amazing.
