    • Paper good, but order processing not so much.
Six "double rolls" were ordered to re-wallpaper a room. While we receive the 6 rolls - shipped from 5 different location - they did not have the same Batch number. The same Batch numbers are required since each batch could have a slightly different look when applied to the wall. It even says on each roll to make sure all rolls have the same Batch number. We ended up with receiving three different batch numbers. The wallpaper itself was fine - it was just the miss-match batch numbers that caused the issue. We had to send the product back and order locally so assure all our rolls came from the same batch. ... show more
