    • Need Thunderbolt? Consider reaching out to seller! Otherwise a fine machine for little money.
Capacity: 13.3 inches | 8 GB RAM | 256 GB SSD Style: laptop
UPDATE: After reaching out to the seller (TekRefurbs), they offered to replace my machine with one featuring TB3. Adding some stars for the excellent customer service! They let me know that if there is anything listed as "Optional" on their listings, you can reach out to them directly to ensure that the device you receive has what you need. Thanks Justin T. @ TekRefurbs! Bottom line up front: If you need Thunderbolt capabilities, don't count on this machine having them. The Latitude 7390 had OPTIONAL TB3 support from the factory, it wasn't universal across the 7390 line. The listing for this product states "USB Type C with optional Thunderbolt 3", but (at least in my case) that isn't true. I have several TB3 docking stations between my home office and my office, and this will NOT work with them. Other than the above, the machine arrived in very good condition. There were a few scratches on the case, and some residue, but the overall physical appearance was good. The "1" key is a bit janky, so I may see if I can resolve that. It came preloaded with Windows 11 Pro, so if you want Windows 10 then you may be out of luck. Windows 11 is probably the better choice however, because support on Windows 10 is end-of-life. The machine performs fairly well for its age - don't expect gaming rig level performance, however. Since this is just going to be used by me to access webapps, I am probably going to dual boot with Linux, which requires much lower hardware resources than Windows. I was pleasantly surprised by the battery health. Going into the diagnostics and the BIOS, it appears that the cells have plenty of cycles left on them and the battery lasts for 4 or 5 hours of web browsing, which I consider excellent for a machine of this age. ... show more

(Husband posting on wife's account). Did my research and felt this was an awesome deal. Was a little nervous as there were only a few reviews. But since there was a 90 day warranty I figured what the heck. I also bought the Assurian warranty for only $69 for 4 years. That made sense to me. I wanted a 2nd laptop aside from my work laptop. The shipping was fast. The laptop was well packed. The condition was excellent. Looked hardly used. And to my surprise, I got the 2-in-1 version with fingerprint and 500bg SSD. Super happy about that. When I fired it up it was ready for me to set up windows. That was a breeze. What's nice is that it had the free Windows 11 pro upgrade, which I did. The battery holds a charge great. Everything works. The laptop is fast, at least for what I need. I have multiple browsers open and able to work without issues at all. Very happy I got this laptop. So much so I bought a second one for my wife. Got that one and while it was also well packed and in excellent shape it's not the 2-in-1 -- oh well, very happy with that too. ... show more

    • Great laptop, does get very hot though.
Capacity: 13.3 inches | 8 GB RAM | 256 GB SSD Style: laptop
I really enjoy this laptop, I think it runs fast, has a lot of storage for what I need, and gets the job done. Definitely not a gaming computer by any means, even small games make this thing turn into a furnace. Just load up minecraft and you have the worlds hottest heating pad, works great for cramps! An external fan seems to work as well as keeping the laptop elevated at an angle so the vents on the bottom have airflow. Great laptop for the price. ... show more

I've spent quite some time looking for a cheap sub 300$ laptop that has FHD, not a Celeron CPU and not a Chromebook running from a SD card. Just when i was about to lose hope i decided to try one more time and found this absolute gem. I liked it so much i bought another one for my wife even though she has a 17" gaming laptop already but she likes this small tough guy. I'd buy one for my cats. I convinced some of my friends to buy these while they last. I absolutely LOVE it. Pros: - Beautiful FHD ips display - Good performance for its hardware. Cant play any games but im streaming to it from my gaming PC, just cuz i could. - Decent battery life - Both of the laptops i bought have touchscreen - Can be charged from usb-c, meaning i can keep it in my car without even bothering to take if home for charging (but i still do because i like to carry it with me) - Small and light - Dirt cheap - Lots of ports - Good materials and feels very well built Cons: - Fingerprint scanner is unusable. I was thinking it was just my laptop but the second one has the same exact issue. Might be Win11 related or something else. Updated all drivers, reinstalled DellVault, nothing changed. - Sound is just "meh". Not bad but could be a little louder. ... show more

    • Laptop is still MDM‑locked to Thin and can't be restored
Capacity: 13.3 inches | 8 GB RAM | 256 GB SSD Style: laptop
I bought the laptop in late 2025 and had to reboot entire system. Now Laptop is still MDM‑locked to Thinx. It requires corporate credentials to use and cannot be set up by the buyer. This means the device was not properly reset before being sold as an Amazon Renewed item. Amazon Renewed products are supposed to be fully functional and ready for personal use — this one is not. I have no option other than trashing this laptop. Not happy!!!! ... show more

    • Perfect general purpose laptop
Capacity: 13.3 inches | 8 GB RAM | 256 GB SSD Style: laptop
Looked like new. It was clean and ours didn't even a scratch on it. I turned it on and entered my wifi password and then my MS login and waited about 10 minutes while it installed everything including my Office 360 apps. It prompted for face recognition which I declined and a PIN which I setup. This was about the easiest setup I have ever experienced. For anything upto serious gamer or BitCoin mining this little wonder can do it. It was $1800 high end business laptop a few years ago and for a student, general small business user or just someone who wants a light fairly fast machine this does it. It is only 13 inch but the screen is very sharp and bright enough to be a pleasure to use. Having older eyes I set the display to full HD (1920x1080) with scale set to 175% which just allows a Word Doc in screen width display to be easy to work with. While this unit comes with a 256GB Sata SSD, it will accept a tb NVMe/PCIe M.2 by just swapping. Same socket supports both and the bios recognizes either so I upgraded to a Crucial 4tb drive for my wife who needs a large pile of music and video as a dance teacher. I just made a Win 10 boot usb drive, took 5 minutes and 7 screws to physically swap and then followed the instructions as it booted. Yes, it recognizes the whole 4tb as a single drive. With the SSD on sale, for around $300 total I ended up with a nice looking, nice feel, 4tb laptop that weighs 3.5 pounds. ... show more

Was great while it lasted. Good price and good for my basic needs. Screen went dark suddenly and won't reboot now. I've researched and tried every suggestion I found, to no avail. Encountered others w same issue they also couldnt resolve. Disappointed but .maybe should expect at this price point? I had more faith in Dell as a brand. ... show more

    • A Remarkable Deal That Beats The newer models
Capacity: 13.3 inches | 8 GB RAM | 256 GB SSD Style: laptop
Investing in a refurbished laptop might seem like a gamble, but when it comes to the Dell Latitude 7390, it's a bet you're sure to win. Having recently acquired a refurbished model of this laptop, I can say with confidence that its performance and value are simply incomparable. First off, the durability of the Latitude 7390 is truly commendable. Despite being refurbished, the build quality is superb, rivaling and even surpassing many brand-new laptops on the market. This is a laptop designed for longevity, capable of withstanding daily use over extended periods without a hitch. The display quality of the Latitude 7390 deserves special mention. The sharp, vibrant visuals elevate everyday tasks, transforming ordinary browsing, streaming, or working sessions into an enjoyable experience. For those who prioritize display quality, this laptop will not disappoint. In terms of performance, the Latitude 7390 does more than just get the job done—it excels at it. Whether you're multitasking with numerous apps, browsing heavy websites, or running demanding software, this laptop maintains a smooth, lag-free operation, significantly boosting your productivity. Perhaps the most appealing aspect of the Latitude 7390 is the value it offers. When compared to brand-new laptops, which can cost twice as much, the superior quality and performance of this refurbished model make it an absolute steal. It's a testament to the fact that a hefty price tag doesn't always equate to better quality or performance. In conclusion, if you're considering investing in a laptop, I highly recommend giving the refurbished Dell Latitude 7390 a chance. Its blend of durability, impressive display, smooth performance, and outstanding value make it a choice that you won't regret. ... show more
