I don’t have enough good things to say about this rug! I bought it over 3 years ago for my daughter’s room and it has held up beautifully! When it gets dirty I just throw it in the washer and dryer and it comes out good as new. This rug is definitely the best fluffy rug that we’ve owned!

I'll give the one thing I don't love first: it sheds easily. Like if I take of my shoes and my feet are slightly sweaty or maybe have just showered, the "fur" kind of sticks to bottom of feet and will pull from rug. I do like the color, although in my room and lighting it kind of looks slightly greenish. It's very soft feeling and looking. I actually sweep it to clean it, mostly because it's easier than lugging a vacuum cleaner to my room on the upper level. But I'm not sure that a vacuum might be too rough on it, as far as tugging more fur out, especially over time, however I can't confirm that at all. It lays flat all on its own. The corners edges can come up pretty easily if you catch it just right with your foot, so could be a tripping hazard (really just like most rugs are), but it does not bunch or slide around just from walking on it, so I would say it grips well. I have not spilled or stained it with anything so far, so have no clue how it cleans. I believe it says that you can machine wash? I think that would be too rough on the faux fur, so I do not plan to put it in the washing machine at all if I can avoid it. I have only had it, at most, a year. So can't speak fully for its durability. ... show more

I absolutely love this rug! It has completely transformed my living room—it looks surprisingly glam and feels wonderfully soft underfoot. The feature that really sold me was that it's fully washable. I was nervous about cleaning it, but the process was surprisingly easy. I strongly recommend skipping the dryer and letting it air dry. I simply hung mine over my shower door, and it was completely dry overnight. I used a brush to gently separate the fibers, leaving it looking just as vibrant and feeling just as soft as it did when new. Additionally, I had an interaction with their customer support team, and they were fantastic. They responded to my inquiry quickly, were respectful, and resolved my issue completely and professionally.
