I'm so pleased with this Macbook Air M1 with 8gb RAM and 128gb SSD. I was worried about buying refurbished and my budget is tight so I went with the "acceptable" condition. Also, I was worried 128gb would not be enough storage but my last computer was a 2015 Macbook Pro with the same amount of internal memory. So, I've learned to use SSDs and iCloud. It arrived in great condition! It is incredibly fast due to the M1 chip, looks so beautiful and battery life is 88%! It can last an entire day, 14 hours at work. Does not overheat. The screen looks amazing. It's far, far more than expected and it's helping the environment too! I'm much less stressed about using this computer which fits in my budget (about $350) than I would be buying a more expensive version. Makes me hesitate to buy new when there are refurbished gems like this one! Thank you, Mobilesupply! As long as you are good with managing storage, I find the 128gb to be enough! Please make sure to check how much storage you are currently using prior to purchasing. Also, I received a non-OEM charger that didn't work so be aware of this as a possibility. The company gave me a small courtesy credit to buy a new one. Of course I wish it came with original Apple charger but still five stars!

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I am thrilled with this purchase and will scream “buy refurbished!” from the rooftops any day, any time, even in my sleep. I’m a proud second-hand shopper, if I can save a few bucks, you better believe I’m doing it. My two phones? Refurbs. My iPad? Refurb. This glorious MacBook? You guessed it, refurb life chose me. The MacBook showed up looking sharp, rocking 96% battery health. It had a couple tiny scratches on the sides, probably from the previous owner's case or maybe with their backpack. No biggie. Only two hiccups so far: Pinterest's search bar is acting like it’s had one too many coffees and keeps glitching, and I had to update the software, which I did like the responsible adult I pretend to be, and it got fixed as soon as the software was updated. I got this laptop for nursing school, so fingers crossed it survives the chaos. Thanks a ton, and if you're on the fence about buying refurbished, jump off and join us. The water’s fine.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the refurbished laptop I received from my recent order. I specifically chose an “excellent condition” product, but upon unboxing, I immediately noticed physical damage to the body and a green discoloration on the back. While I was initially willing to overlook the cosmetic issues, I discovered a much bigger problem when turning it on. The laptop had no option for English language setup, and despite multiple attempts — including using Google Translate just to log into my Apple ID — I was unable to change the language from the one it was preset to. This makes the laptop completely unusable for me. My school begins in three days, and now I am forced to return the device, wait for a refund, and start the process over — leaving me without a functioning laptop and no funds to purchase another until the refund is processed. This has caused me significant stress and inconvenience. I expect a replacement or full refund .I hope you will take steps to ensure this does not happen to other customers.

Refurbished can be scary, because you might get a glitch-filled product, and as the author of The 9 Lives of Marva DeLonghi, it's not like I have tons of expendable cash. Maybe one day, my book will find its way to streaming or even the silver screen, but like many authors, money isn't the reason we're in the game. The love of the story is the purpose, and I love story. All this to say, I wanted something more affordable to type my novels on and to run the business side of authorship. This laptop has an M1 Chip, something I needed to use a variety of software. I'm pleased as punch to report that this laptop, the one I'm composing the review on at this exact moment, has been a perfect machine. I'd order from this retailer again in a heartbeat.

Computer itself had a few chipped spots but overall it’s in great condition and works great! Exactly as I expected it would be for a used device. I’m happy with the product and I will be keeping it. The only issue is the charger does not work. The cord they sent doesn’t fit into the computer so that’s a bit annoying and I’m not seeing a way to request a new cord to be sent. However, it’s a common charger and I can use my phone charger, just wish the actual charger for the laptop worked.

I was skeptical at first. I knew I would be annoyed if the laptop came in semi-good condition, but my surprise, it looks practically brand new! Battery at 97% health. Only one tiny, faint scratch on the bottom — that’s it! Such a great value. Only downside is the charger it comes with: it’s ridiculously short and totally impractical. However, I was pleased to learn my super fast iPhone USB-C charger is compatible with this computer, so I won’t be docking any stars. Get yours!

This was the second one I bought, because I had to return the first one because I had a big problem with Amazon regarding the payment. They charged me the full amount on my credit card, even though I requested payment in installments using Amazon's card. They simply charged me on another card without my consent. So I didn't check the first MacBook that arrived for me. But I believe it was in perfect condition too. Anyway. Talking about this purchase. This MacBook is great! New, very light, battery come with 90% capacity, the battery lasts a long time. It really surprised me. No scratches or dents. It came fully protected in bubble wrap. I recommend this seller and apologize for the inconvenience caused on my first purchase, but it was a big mistake on Amazon's part. Thank you so much. I hope you guys have great sales and I will be checking back often for more of your products. :)
