Computer is listed as a late 2019, however once recieved though the stats match this model was a 2018 model and not late 2019. The charger was after market, when charging the computer the wall plug and the computer were getting so hot I couldn't use them. The screen was fritzing out from the heat. In addition to that the battery was listed as having a much higher percentage left on the life of the battery. However, it was at least 25 percent less the listed, and the computer showed that service was required on the battery. After resetting the computer to return to seller, the computer no longer would turn off and stay off. ... show more

    • Butterfly keyboard
I can't stand the butterfly keyboard. They keys feel cheap and unsatisfying to type on. Plus, there is a "server error" bug on this computer that is apparently quite common with MacBooks. Will be returning unfortunately

    • Disappointed With Laptop
When the laptop arrived, the charger didn't work. Luckily, I had another one from an old laptop. One of the USB-C ports wouldn't work, and the computer was a bit slow, requiring very frequent restarts. Within 3 months, the laptop wouldn't turn on anymore.

My old Mac that I bought from kanga was ten times faster than this one and it was a late model 2011. I will be returning this
