Do not buy from this vendor I just spent nearly 2 months being harassed through the Amazon A-to-Z claim system. I bought two of these laptops. One of them didn’t work so I sent it back and they’ve done nothing but harass me and then they sent the laptop back and it’s still broken. They claim that there was an account lock through Apple, but it was untrue and I gave them a picture showing them proof over and over yet they still sent it back to me broke. You can’t even get to the screen to see someone’s account. Both of these laptops under perform they’re trash. Do not buy this unless you really do want to just throw your money away. ... show more

    • Buy insurance when buying a MacBook
Product arrived as expected and sort of worked fine for months, although I did see Chrome pages not load alot (refresh worked). Then 8 month later the MacBook started spontaneously rebooting with MacOS reporting a crash. Tried doing a fresh install of Tahoe and it seems better now (Chrome page issue persists). Simply installing took 3 or 4 attempts as it would fail to update and I had to start again. So I am not sure if I have a hardware problem or not. In total, I am not sure what the issue is or if I will continue to see issues but if I bought a MacBook on Amazon again I would probably buy an ASURION plan just in case. ... show more

Awesome macbook!! I can now edit 120fps 4k footage indepth with no issues what so every and I even you davinci resolve 19 a program alot of 32 gb ram laptops would start to melt! I'm a content creator so i need something I can count on and this is it!

I bought a laptop from this company. 1st of all they sent me the wrong charger to go with it. When I initially turned on the laptop it was okay. However, after 2 days, it stopped working and did not want to turn on. Please be aware of these refurbished laptops.
