Safe to say it overheated every single time and could not let me get onto it even when I bought with Refurbished—excellent condition. The Macbook Pro works very well. It comes with 32 GB RAM and 2 TB SSD. What a surprise. However, the specs said the the screen is 16 inch but I received a 15 inch Macbook Pro.

When I initially purchased this laptop, I was enthusiastic about using it, especially since I'm a teacher who relies on a computer daily. Approximately a month after purchasing this product, I noticed that the laptop's battery was not holding a charge. It's highly inconvenient to have to constantly search for an outlet to charge my laptop due to the battery consistently running out of power. To compound the issue, this laptop can't be used on your lap because it overheats significantly. Consequently, I have to shut it down frequently, causing interruptions in my schoolwork. In addition, the charger itself becomes so hot that it's difficult to unplug it without risking burns. I'm deeply disappointed with this purchase, but unfortunately I don't have the funds to buy a new one. When I contacted Apple support, they informed me that the cost of replacing the battery and charger wouldn't be practical and recommended purchasing a new or another refurbished one. ... show more
