It’s not this highest build quality tool I’ve used but for under 70 dollars I have ZERO complaints. It’s a light level that just lets me perfectly see the line to hang pictures and especially all my individual plant holders to be on the same level. It works so well just by holding a button for 2-3 seconds and then turning off the vertical line with just one more click. I haven’t used it long enough to experience the battery life if it’s good but with how rarely I’ll use it I’ll just take out the batteries when I’m not using it to not have them corroded

I sold my higher end laser level and instantly regretted it! I didn't want to spend another 150 bucks to replace and found this one with a tripod included. For this amazing price point, it is incredible. I use this for a lot of things...painting and taping off lines. Hanging pictures and shelves. Also for building. It is pretty easy to use and straightforward. The laser is bright and easy to see. I have not used it outside, but during a bright day inside...no complaints. It is super compact and stores in my tool box. The tripod is compact as well and retracts down to a size slightly larger than my hand. Though, the tripod is not big enough to use for most applications. Though the tripod connector is the stand one, so I ordered another tripod, which made this so much easier to use. I like that I can freeze the line after it levels and that it has cross levels. I would purchase again and recommend. Just buy another tripod.

This worked great right out of the box. The self leveling is a great feature. I bought it to make the center line in my room for tiling and it worked great. I had the cross lines which helps for aligning in different directions. I’m looking forward to using it for other projects. The tripod worked well and has a level on that as well to make sure everything is accurate.
