Pretty nice little machine. Thankfully they had an instruction video for putting it together. That was a lot easier to follow than the booklet. It's pretty versatile. One thing I wish it included was a chart for cutting and engraving for the 20W version...but with trial and error we are getting things figured out for different materials. I would definitely recommend buying an air assist and an honeycomb bed especially if you are cutting anything. Edit: we had to contact support as we were getting things set up and working. They are very helpful and quick to respond. The helped us get everything working well...including sending us additional parts we needed. Very impressed.

Assembly was pretty easy, yet I could not get it to connect to my pc. But after a few email exchanges with tech support, I got it to connect. I have not tried the machine yet as I still have to hook up the air assist and exhaust. But I will update with photos as soon as I can. Thank you Woxcker tech support for your help and patience. I left 4 stars, but as soon as I can test the cutter itself, I will update.

My first laser engraving on 20W Woxcker Cut and Engraving, using LightBurn. The first photo is a success, the second photo has good and bad. The first try had too much power setting so cut thru the thin wood. The good one used only power 10 to come up with nice light brown color. I am having so much fun, and also some frustrations learning complex settings in a short time. Like the engraving states, I got so many other hobbies to work on so need to learn this quickly.

Not only did myself, my husband, but my another educated adult has tried to install everything. Instruction book is not user-friendly took us two hours to put it together and multiple hours after trying to install the drivers and software to Mac book then to windows laptop. After reviewing more reviews on different platforms, this is a common issue. People have and is very frustrating. There’s no customer service number even though there’s an option to chat with someone in tech-support you’re unable to do so. You have to send an email and hopefully have them return it for the price of what this cost and the fact that you do not get any of the accessories with it it’s not worth frustration or time.

This was my first cutting laser engraver experience. I have to say this is a good entry level machine. I purchased the 20w version. Apparently this was a recent option because the documentation is only for the 10w module. The 20w module has a connection for the air assist hose built in. I contacted support with a focusing question and got a quick response. So far I’m very pleased. It etched glass great using a black card stock backer. See photos. I came back to add more. This thing is great! It cuts leather fast and accurately, see video. The support department is quick to answer any questions. Great job Woxcker!!!

I purchased this laser as a gift, and it arrived exactly on the date promised with no delays. Since the machine wasn’t for me, I waited to hear feedback from the recipient — and they’re extremely happy with it, which in turn makes me happy as well.
