Great scooter wife loves it. She uses it to travel from her car to beach bar she works at. Compact easy to carry. Only problem it's only few months old and the excellerator button sticks at times. Otherwise she loves it.

1. Scooter is great!! rides smoothly and predictably. FUN RIDE!! especially for the $. I do have a couple issues with this scooter although 1. pictures showed hand brakes, but the actual brake is electronic, not a big deal but I spent about 5 mins looking for hand brake the wasn't there and time looking at multiple pics to see if hand brake was pictured and it was... 2. no assembly instructions, had to figure out from pictures and on my own 3. kickstand fell off due to an incredibly thin piece of metal holding it in place, glad it fell off while I was stopped, rather than when riding and possibly losing it!! really was fun riding it although 2. Upon further review... really like the scooter! the ride is smooth and the scooter is sturdy! Quite fun to ride!! but there are a couple of issues I would like to address 1. assembly instructions would be helpful, so if the customer has any questions maybe they could be answered by the instructions (assembly was pretty straight forward), questions for example, like where is the missing hand brake displayed in site pics (see item #2), also, what is the recommended PSI for tires??? 2. multiple pics and videos on the Amazon buying/description page showed scooter with hand brake, even after I opened box i was looking for a hand brake that was not there, i thought i had a part missing until I read user manual closer and realized the brake is electronic, was a little confusing. 3. THE KICKSTAND FELL OFF!! the kickstand was fastened to an extremely thin piece of metal and the stand just fell off after the 1st time I rode it, thankfully it didnt fall off while I was riding it!! So now I am going to have to invent a way to keep kickstand fastened??? I really hope there are no more surprises. Overall, I really enjoy the scooter... ... show more

What I like about this product is the comfort of the ride. I love the skateboard base/platform and it’s wide enough to have my kid(s) to ride comfortably with me. What I don’t like or wish the designer would or add is mud flap covers as a additional accessory add on. When going over a puddle of water, the water gets all over your chins. I was able to design a flap to go over the 90 degrees part where the board meets the post (steering column) and the back where water would collectively make its way to my heels. Also the battery seems to be close but not accurate to its promise potential. I hope the creator/designer would contact me about these issues (TPham972@me.com). Wish it would have saved up a little more and got the pro. I do carry the charger with me between commutes just to have enough battery charge to get back home. Really quick on the battery, after riding for 10 mins on the fast mode it starts to decelerate due to battery issues. Last thing, my throttle often gets stuck and when I’m thinking I’m slowing down or stopping it continues to take off and has caused me to fall off and caused accidents within my trips. Will the developers contact me about this issue if you’re reading this? The throttle being stuck is dangerous and I got rid of the box already for returns sadly. Other than my problems and issues I give this product a 6.5 out of 10 stars. It gets the job done for short commutes and I mean short. I’m sure the pro version is the way to go. After the scooter arrived, and I got home from work, I took it upstairs to unbox it. I first and foremost started reading the instruction manual, and despite a grand amount grammatical errors, there were a few things stated in the manual about what NOT to do that wasn't stated on the Amazon page. Like don't accelerate over uneven ground, or don't ride in the rain or over puddles... I live in Washington, I need to be able to do those things with ease. I kept it in the box in order to return with ease instead. I was excited for it, and I'm sure it's a marvelous scooter in places where it doesn't rain constantly, but it's probably best if I save up for something that can handle such things. ... show more

I wanted something more robust but not totally adult and this one fills the bill. Wish the height had an adjustment, but the deck is super easy to stand on, cool looking too. Battery is awesome. Speed is about 15 miles per hour. Only problem was my granddaughter loved it so much I had to buy her one to keep peace with her brother! Great product. Bought 3. ... show more
