  • Takes some elbow grease
Ordered online after I couldn’t find one local. Takes some effort to get tires on and off but worked better then I though. Wasn’t sure how well it would work given varying opinions on YouTube etc. I used it to remove and replace 17” tires on my jeep pretty easily once I got the hang of it (about two tires). Bead breaker worked great but you don’t want to force it. Just apply some weight and let the tool do the work and make sure to lubricate. Getting tires off is pretty easy but putting them back on takes a little practice. I wasn’t able to use get tires on as directed. I had to use the bar to pry the tire onto the rim taking little bites working my way around the tire. Be careful of TPMS sensors if you have them as they can break off pretty easily (I broke one). Wouldn’t recommend if you’ve got some nice expensive rims that you don’t want to damage as this will scuff them up some unless you make some mods. ... show more

  • Lube the tire before mounting on rim
It’s works great for the most part the bar is a little weak I would get a better one. Does what it clams to do. Little practice and it works great. 👍🏻

  • works good but no instructions on how to use it, seek youtube!
works great for de beading a p78l15 tire, also worked good for the atv and riding mower tires, definitely needs a solid mounting

  • Mount/Dismount bar is poorly designed
Short: Dismounts tires no problem, after much struggle I haven't been able to mount a tire yet. The mount side of the mount/dismount bar is poorly designed and keeps popping off the wheel at the most critical point of the job. Chews up wheels like everyone says. Long: I purchased this because my local Harbor Freight was always out of stock of this tool and their website wouldn't ship it to me for some reason. After seeing a lot about flimsy bead breakers I figured spending $120 on this item vs HF's $50 would be worth it. It wasn't. The bead breaker works fine (I'm dealing with 195/60R14 tires) and dismounting the tires was easy once I figured it out. First thing I mounted this to the floor in my garage using drop-in anchors and it's rock solid with that mounting system. It chews up wheels pretty bad. I don't care because they're cheap spares for my drift car. What does matter is the absolute rage instilled within me while trying to mount a single tire. I've collectively spent 3 hours trying to mount one tire with this tool. True anger does not come easily to me. Occasionally while working on a car if something is being extremely difficult I'll scream once and that will be the end of it. Even that only happens once or twice a year. I tried using a different brand of tire, I tried using a different wheel, I tried smoothing parts out with a grinder so it would slide more easily along the wheel thinking that was the problem, I've used what may be an excessive amount of lubricant (strong soapy water), I used a C clamp to keep the tire from popping over the bead, I even tried making my own mount/dismount bar out of scrap metal I had lying around (which bent). Using this tool enraged me to the point of willfully destroying the mount/dismount bar by repeatedly smashing it against the main post until it folded in half. I watched several videos on how to use this type of tool looking for tips, I read the directions provided. Nothing worked. I would return this if I could but now I just have to live with the fact that I wasted $120 on a product that does not work as advertised. From what I can see in videos the head on the actual Harbor Freight tool seems to be better designed and has a bit of a hook to keep it on the wheel instead of rotating and popping out from between the wheel and tire. I think I'm going to try to make a tool using stronger materials as I would still like to use the rest of the system. As far as I can see every other listing on Amazon, and the tool on JEGS all have the same design as what I've got here so I'll assume they're all crap. I never thought Harbor Freight would make the superior product, what a time to be alive. ... show more

  • Same as Harbor Freight, but at 3x the price
Bought this one because the product photo shows square tubing for the feet, which would be useful in my mounting situation. Received the product, and it has the exact same "C" shaped open bottom feet as the harbor freight model. Looking at them side by side, this appears to be 100% identical to the $50 harbor freight model, aside from the paint color. Likely comes out of the same factory in Shenzhen. Is gray paint instead of red worth the extra hundred bucks? You decide. ... show more

  • Harbor freight is exactly like larins version.
The product is very good but it is three times the cost of harbor freight and both are made in china. Both are virtually the same product. Shame on Amazon for selling at such a high price. As far as working with tires, it works on 17" tires but ,those stupid sensors are a difficulty. I mounted mine and it worked well. If you have aluminum rims you could tear them up. Also buy a tire spoon it helps on large tires. Also you can fill 17" tires but you need to lay on floor in order to seal. Also if you have sensors you might want to have a pack just in case you break one. If I was a young strong man or woman than, I would definitely buy harbor freight unit because it will save you a lot of money over the long haul but if your a little person with a monster truck tires by yourself than you are better of having tire company do it. ... show more

  • This product lives up to my expectations. I proud to be an owner.
It allows me to do the Job with ease. It is everything the manufacture said it would be.

  • Flimsy but low cost
This machine has several flimsy areas that could be corrected easily by the manufacture.I had to add welded braces to correct weakness in design. Overall it was a good purchase for the dollar amount spent.
