Overall great BUT there is a a couple minor nicks and dents, but 1 has the coating chipped .. it's not chipping any further, but it will rust ... Didn't think much of it at the time I put it together... But unfortunately this cage won't have a long life.. it's a shame, it's a gorgeous sturdy cage!!

I bought this cages for my two Amazons parrots. They are long from the floor to the top but narrow shape. It’s good for them to stay safe whenever I’m running errands and to sleep in because they stay outside the cages all day long. My parrots go inside to eat and take naps, but went they’re done they climb up and stay outside all day cause the tops are always opened. Except at night when it’s time to go to bed! They are definitely space savers and I like them in my apartment. My friend whom I paid to build them had a hard time using the tools included in the package the first time but the second time she used a set of tool from her husbands and it was a breeze to build. This cages are not the top of the line but are good enough at this time! They are budget friendly and easy to clean. I can see imperfections in the way they are build such as the top when fully opened if not hold by the provided short perches can fall inward an hurt my two Amazons feet! It’s very scary. It’s a true hazard!!! I never leave them out unless that perch is at the top. One of the birds already chew hers up. I wish I could obtain another set of this perches. The screws provided to fasten the feeding cups, doors at the top and bottom of the cages fall down constantly and I need to screw them on all the time. One of the cages it’s got bend wires but I ignored it just because it would be a hassle for me to go through a return. Please note the picture shows the cage with stainless steel wheels but that’s not a case they came with regular style black wheels. ... show more

We received our cage with two damaged sides from way packed. Seller was prompt and responsive resolving by sending two new sides. Instructions are worse than assembling a bike Christmas Eve with instructions in a foreign language because the bike has pictures that show detail. Hint: use a nut driver with hex. The included hex wrench would increase assembly time by a factor of lots. The long screws are for sides and top. Phillips screws, washers, and nuts are for apron. It’s best to loosely assemble two halves of apron (G)(also, two different size: front/back and sides) at a time, otherwise you need two people. Get a crescent wrench for the wheels. ... show more

When reading the description and looking at the pictures the company gave, the impression is that the cage will fit a bigger bird. This is completely false. This cage is for a Cockatiel or Quaker or Green Cheek or Indian Ring Neck. We are trying our African Gray but are looking for a better represented business that is more truthful on how big the cage really is the cage is on the line of right for that size bird. The price was decent for the birds I listed or the size they portray. But in no way for bigger birds. It seemed to good to be true which it was. Disappointed. ... show more

Horrible!!! States the cage is 30 in it is not. It’s 24 did all the work putting it together to notice it was so small. Clearly States Macaw on the description. Large as well. A parrot would be rely have room in it. They were rude about switching it out and refused to help us get it picked up and return. I have to fight now for money back. I’m sure it will be months. ... show more
