The product was shipped folded into quarters and this left creases in the material that will not go away. As a result it will not lie flat. It's an annoyance and not a product flaw, but buyers should be aware of this before a purchase. I was surprised that acrylic paint made permanent marks in the material that will not come off with a moderate amount of scrubbing under soap and running water.
