I actually borrowed one of these from a buddy before buying my own, and after using it for a few workouts I knew I had to get one. This thing works great, especially for the price. It makes it easy to target different muscle groups, including your chest, shoulders, triceps, and even parts of your back, just by moving the handles to the different color-coded positions. The layout is simple to understand, and changing exercises takes only a few seconds. The handles feel comfortable, and the board itself is sturdy enough for regular workouts. One of my favorite features is how compact it is. When you're done, it folds up easily and stores away without taking up much space. Overall, this has become one of my favorite pieces of workout equipment. Great value, easy to use, and surprisingly effective there is literally only 3 parts, and the 2 handles actually clip in the back, and you can fold it in half was not missing any parts. Great for home use. Highly recommended!

I do push ups but my wrists don't like being jammed into the floor. I thought this product would elevate my wrists, which it does, plus give me some variation on hand placement, which it does. While it does these things, as you can see in my video discussion, some of the variations may work but directions are lacking on how to properly do a pushup where your elbows are at your side. With the different hand placements, i found it difficult to keep my elbows in close to my body, which put more stress on the elbow joint. I think the grips are good for the variation they offer and that, as a portable product, this is effective and will ultimately increase your push up strength.

The product does what I expected it to do, but nothing is special about it. I can adjust the handles and feel it working different muscles. Though, I’m a little disappointed with the sturdiness of the handles in the holes. I am feeling some slight wobble and that’s not great when you want to have a controlled grip. I feel like the wobble could get worse over time aa the plastic wears. Additionally, the light blue portion of the handles is just a different color plastic. I feel a bit deceived by this as it appears to be something different… like some sort of comfort foam grip. So your grip might not be great if your hands are sweaty. A foam handle would have been much better but it appears they just wanted to produce these as cheap as possible.
