This is wrongly advertised as a yoga mat, but it’s not at all sticky, so you can’t do a downward dog on it without slipping, for example. The top is very soft, like fabric, and could be good for general floor exercise, except it’s quite thin and requires some padding underneath for both stretching & impact exercises. This is false advertising at its finest! A thin piece of nothing. On top of it having NO Cushion… The brown color it states it is, is actually beige. This doesn’t deserve ANY stars. Awful. Awful. Awful! I returned it right quick.

I ordered this mat for my garage workout area. It is sitting on concrete and the rubber underside definitely keeps it from moving. It seems very sturdy. The beige color, though, isn't all that attractive and the mat definitely doesn't provide much cushioning (or insulation from the cold concrete beneath). I definitely would not be doing yoga or floor exercises on this mat - at least not on top of concrete. It's advertised as being 5mm thick. I think this would probably be fine in a heated space with floors that have more 'give' (e.g. wooden or carpeted floors - although with a carpeted floor I'm not sure whether the mat would move). ... show more

A stable, versatile pad for our home studio. There is plenty of room for two people to practice side by side. Also great for gym workouts (squats, lunges, push-ups, etc.). The mat doesn't move or move at all. It's a little slippery at first, but as with all yoga mats, time and practice can improve grip. I just think it's a little thin. It would be better if it could be thicker. The pattern is also very monotonous, and more colors will be better ... show more
