this is the WORST vacuum attachment I've ever used!!! (yes that's a joke - I realize this is for a hair dryer and diffusing - but it seemed a clever thing to say) so this is a copy of a dyson component and I'll not go into the obscene pricing of dyson stuff I also tend to be 'function over form' and believe in budget level economy - get a tool that serves the function I'm not a jordache jeans kind of gal so this comb diffuser is great - fits perfectly - and MOST of my anger at all these companies is the annoying 'proprietary parts' thing where they'll 'invent' a new plug solely to FORCE you into 'staying with them' (feels like corruption to me) so this is a metal diffuser with plastic knobbies which are also air channels and boy does it get the air where needed feels great on the head and works great on the hair price 23 in jul2026 but also with an 18 coupon price - definitely grab at the 18 - but I feel that 23 is good too BOTH of these prices being less than ONE HALF the price of the 'original' - it's a plastic comb with a machine punched bit of strip metal - it's almost insulting paying the full price - but you do you - I'm going to stick with supporting companies that don't try and extract every last drop of blood it's working great for us (she likes it more than I...but I also don't dry my hair as often as she) good luck and take care

I ordered this diffuser to use with my Dyson Airwrap Model HS05. I already have the Dyson diffuser that I bought a few years ago, but I wanted a second one to take with me when I travel and also to have a backup in case something ever happens to my original. I was curious to see if this one would work as well as the Dyson version. As you can see in my photos, this replacement diffuser looks and feels almost exactly like my Dyson diffuser. The plastic is a similar brown color and has the same sturdy feel. Both diffusers are the same 5.25" diameter and the fingers inside the bowl look very similar. It snaps securely onto the end of my Airwrap just like the Dyson diffuser and stays put while I dry my hair. One small difference I noticed is on the end of the diffuser that connects to the Airwrap. This replacement has a bit of mesh metal inside, which I do not see on my Dyson diffuser. I am not sure if this makes any functional difference because I have not noticed any change in how it performs. When I dry my hair, the airflow and heat level feel the same as when I use my Dyson diffuser. The plastic on this one does not get hot, so it seems to be just as heat resistant. Overall, this diffuser works just like my Dyson diffuser for about half the price. Since it performs the same and fits my Airwrap HS05 perfectly, I think it is a good value. I am happy with it and would recommend it if you want an inexpensive backup or travel diffuser for your Airwrap.

Don’t get me wrong, this diffuser works. It’s functional, fits reasonably well, and does what it’s supposed to do. My biggest issue is simply the overall quality. The plastic feels noticeably cheaper than the Dyson itself. When you attach it to such a premium device, the difference in materials and finish is immediately noticeable. It just doesn’t have that same polished look and feel, and the lack of continuity between the Dyson and the attachment bothers me more than I expected. Functionally, though, I really don’t have many complaints. It holds onto the Airwrap reasonably well, it’s lightweight and portable, and so far it has been durable enough during normal use. My bigger concern is longevity. The plastic and overall construction don’t give me the same confidence as an OEM Dyson attachment, so only time will tell how well it holds up after extended use. If you only care about functionality, you may be perfectly happy with this. However, if you bought a Dyson partly because you appreciate its premium materials, fit, and finish, this attachment definitely feels out of place. It works, but personally, I wish the quality matched the Dyson better before I could fully recommend it.

I have been using this diffuser attachment with my Airwrap as part of my regular styling routine. One of the first things I noticed was the fit. I ordered this large diffuser attachment by DyniCasa as a backup and travel diffuser for my Dyson Airwrap to see how it compares to the original and for peace of mind: it's nice to have a backup just in case something happens to my original diffuser. It arrived in a plain cardboard retail box. While it functions perfectly fine, the pricing makes it a tough sell. I have long 2C-3A hair that so a diffuser is a must for curl styling. This attachment snaps securely onto my Airwrap (hs08) in under a second and stays snugly in place during use. The plastic feels solid, durable, and heat-resistant. It disperses airflow and heat evenly without getting overly hot or producing weird smells (my biggest worry when it comes to aftermarket accessories), or concentrating heat in one spot—making it easy to get defined curls. Despite what the product description implies, it is the exact same size as the original Dyson diffuser my tool came with - 6 inches in diameter, lightweight and easy to handle. This attachment is overpriced for an aftermarket product in my humble opinion ($26 vs $39). For just a few dollars more, I can buy the official, name-brand Dyson diffuser, which comes with a one-year warranty. It does the job well and functions exactly like the original, but given the high price tag for a third-party accessory, you are better off spending a tiny bit extra for the genuine Dyson version and the peace of mind of a warranty.

I have naturally curly hair and some days I don’t feel like taking the time to straighten and style it. For lazy days relaxing at home, I prefer to just go with my curly look. A diffuser is a must-have for me to get those curly bouncy. This diffuser is made entirely out of thick gray colored plastic. It’s solid feeling and I’m not worried about it cracking or breaking, even if I dropped it. It attaches to my Dyson in less than a second and fits snugly, so it’s not popping off while I’m drying my hair. I measured the width at just over 5 inches wide, so it’s got plenty of reach, not concentrating too much heat in one spot. The wide pattern disperses the heat well, drying my curls evenly. With a little gel and some scrunching with my hands, this allows me to get perfect ringlets and I’m very happy with its performance. It didn’t produce and weird smells, even when I fired it up the first time. My shorter hair dries completely in under 5 minutes, and it did get a little warm towards the end of the session, but nothing I felt the need to be concerned with. For the price, this diffuser is a good value if you’re looking to enhance your curls instead of straightening them away. Definitely a keeper for me.

I bought this because I wanted the large diffuser attachment without paying Dyson prices, and honestly, I can’t tell much difference between this and the original version. It fits my Airwrap perfectly with no wobbling or issues attaching and removing it. Once connected, it feels secure and works exactly as I expected. The airflow is distributed evenly, and it does a great job drying my curls while helping maintain their shape and definition. As someone with curly hair, a good diffuser is one of my most-used attachments, so I was pleasantly surprised by how well this performed. It gave me the same overall experience I was hoping for from the much more expensive Dyson attachment. The plastic feels sturdy, the fit is precise, and it has held up well through repeated use. If I hadn’t known it wasn’t the Dyson-branded version, I probably wouldn’t have guessed. Overall, this is an excellent dupe. It fits correctly, works exactly as intended, and offers a much more affordable way to get the large diffuser attachment for your Airwrap.

I ordered this diffuser attachment for an older Dyson Airwrap model, and I’m happy to report that it fits and functions properly. It attaches securely and has stayed in place during use. One thing I noticed is that the fit is not quite as flush as my original Dyson attachments. There is a small gap where the diffuser connects to the Airwrap, so it doesn’t have that perfectly seamless factory appearance. That said, it has not caused any problems in actual use. The attachment remains secure and has not fallen off or become loose while styling. Performance-wise, it works well as a diffuser and does what it’s supposed to do. The airflow is distributed nicely, and it’s a useful option for anyone who wants to use their Airwrap for diffusing curls or waves instead of purchasing a separate dryer. Overall, this is a good alternative diffuser attachment that worked with my older Airwrap model. Just be aware that the fit may not be quite as seamless as Dyson’s original attachments, even though it still functions properly.
