Perfect replacement for my 29 year old 1996 C1500 rag joint. It corrected almost all of the play that was in my steering wheel. I am very happy with the results. However, I did substitute two grade 8 bolts, SAE flat washers, and nylock locknuts to use instead of the supplied bolts and locknuts. Just pay very close attention that you pull down the two bolts evenly and not so much as to excessively deform the rubber material. I used the amount of deformation under the riveted sides as a guide. I also used a metric socket head cap screw to use in place of the supplied clamping bolt. ... show more

Reasonable price, installed in my 1997 Tahoe and tested and was excellent. Installation is not straight forward, it requires basic power tools to drill out the old pins.
