So I have a laptop but got this one for my husband, I kind of want to switch with him. I like that it is a bit smaller and light weight. I love that the screen can fold almost all the way back. It is basically flat and I love that. I love that so much. I also love that it is lightweight. It seems to be operating smoothly. Start up did take about 30 min as it installed all the updates and such. I will update again once I have used even longer. So far so good and There are things that I really love. Like the flat screen that actually is helpful to me and I like that it is not heavy. However the fan is a little on the nosier side but that doesn't really bother me for it is not too loud. So overall I think this is good. I only need it for personal leisure time and not for anything intensive. I tried to add my photoshop but then the computer seized up. So it did not like that. But everything else I have tried to install has worked and worked well. I really like the microsoft games that I can download. Suduko and cards things like that.

Sweet little laptop! Very lightweight for travel. So so easy to set up! I've only used it for word processing since purchase but it works great so far and the price is right! I think this would be perfect for kids or adults like me who want a lighter travel laptop for writing on the go. Screen resolution is nice and crisp. I'm not a techy and like the uncomplicated so this works for me. Battery lasts about 3 to 4 hours on full charge. Power cord is only one piece which is nice too. All in all I'm super happy with it.

I needed a new laptop so I began comparing affordable windows computer laptops. I’m not very tech knowledgeable but when I came across this Maypug the features lured me in. I had never heard of the brand before so I was sort of skeptical but the price was in my range! Fast forward to now and I can admit I am totally happy with my purchase. The speed is wonderful, the screen is extremely bright and clear, the processing is very fast. The battery lasts about 3-4 hours so if I’ll be away I be sure to keep the charger on hand in case I need to charge it. All in all i feel it Works great for my purposes.

I've been using the computer for six months with good performance (I'm not a gamer so speed doesn't influence my decision). Recently, after a Windows update the computer went into a "repair c: mode" and took hours to restart. While noticeably slower, it worked until this week Windows update stopped downloading a 7% and froze everything. As a computer user since1984 I tried every trick I knew to get it working without luck. I messaged the seller, and Ashley responded immediately indicating they would send a return label and ship out a replacement computer. I have never had such prompt attention with any product from any supplier. Way to go Ashley, I hope your bosses recognize your good work!

I got this laptop because it was affordable and seemed like it would have the space/speeds needed to run for both business and casual light gaming I planned on using it for. It basically functions.... Pro/Con Pro: It functions. It can handle the business side of things such as running a Point of Sales system and VPN and handle me using it to work on website and other business required processes at a decent speed. Nothing super fast but nothing too slow either. It looks nice and it will NOW login correctly and in a semi timely manner so I can start work day relatively easily on the go. Microsoft support did help me get past login error the device had. Even if in a roundabout way. That is basically it for good. Cons: To start I was able to get laptop and get a sign in going with the proper account on microsoft account. Day 2 went to login and after putting in password it suggested I make a PIN I said skip for now. It takes me back to login screen to put in account email and password again. Back to PIN screen to make or skip. Tried skipping. Back to Login screen again. Third time I selected create PIN. "Error cannot create PIN at this time."....... It did this for all manners of different cycles. Could never create PIN and could never skip PIN entry.... took 3 hours of dealing with Microsoft support and editting stuff in BIOS to get the laptop to skip the PIN entry and even let me use the laptop. So now I can login without PIN entry though I still cannot create a PIN for account which shouldn't even be required since I also already have a microsoft authenticator and a few other security layers for account. Con 2 its slow.... for a brand new laptop it should not be running same speed for downloads as my 9 year old laptop that I am have as backup. (battery dead and only works when plugged in. screen flickering so I know its going to stop working soon.) I can compare speeds easily. Same network same conditions only difference is my old laptop also has a ton of other things running just from past years. (Extra start ups and background programs.) So this Brand New computer should not be running slower. It also cannot even run some basic game emulators (Free games no I am not stealing them. Indie developers) But for those who don't know these are usually pixel games that don't use much computer power to run. My old and dying laptop runs them just slightly better..but I got this new laptop so I could run them better. Con 3 the keys are a bit off. They don't always register a full downpress for if you type faster. I have been using computers for a long time and tend to type rather fast. I know I make errors and such but am pretty accurate most of the time. This laptop it seems to not register them unless key is pressed rather heavily down and deliberately. Summary: Honestly if it didnt take me 12 plus hours to install all the work related programs and set up all the things in it so I could run business side of things. I would want to replace this in an instant. Maybe try same one but get one less faulty? Or if it is just 'How this laptop is'. I might get a different one. Sadly I have already put a lot of time into getting this one going and with the business stuff on it I don't want to just send it back without doing a very hard scrub of it to make sure no business information is still saved on it which would probably void some kind of warranty. If you want a laptop to function as something to just watch Youtube. Edit pictures or just do other similarly menial things. This laptop should be fine and is a rather decent pricing. If you plan on even attempting to do anything further, edit videos download bigger programs or run anything bigger then playing some videos at same time or streams...Don't...unless I by chance just happen to have a faulty one.

This laptop is topnotch without the high dollar name and price. I'm using this laptop to replace my 13 year old computer. I have uploaded all of the files I from my old computer to this laptop which was roughly 60k files. No issues at all and it was super quick. I have this set up with 2 - 27" monitors and using the laptop as my 3rd monitor. I also run a business from my home and this is keeping up with no issues. If you are looking for a user friendly, light weight, fast and reliable laptop you have found it!

I have not purchased a laptop in years. The school that I taught at furnished their teachers with laptops that we were able to transport to work and home. I recently retired and needed to purchase a laptop for my personal use. This Maypugh laptop seems to be doing a great job. My husband and I just recently went on a vacation out West and I took a ton of pictures. I am using the laptop to edit the pictures for books. It is so much easier to use the laptop instead of the IPAD. However, it does seem to only hold a charge for over a couple of hours. I am wondering if it may be the photo program that I am using or if the battery is defective.
