Used it for about a week, just for school purposes. Pretty slow compared to my pc, and the fan is louder than I’d like just looking at a webpage. It dropped about 3 inches from the ground onto wood, landed on the spine(arguably the most durable part) and never turned again. So not durable either. You get what you pay for. Cheap materials means cheap product. Feels cheap, runs cheap. The fact that it lasted a week and stopped working entirely, after falling from such a small height is pretty annoying.     • NOT A GAMING LAPTOP!
The media could not be loaded. NOT a gaming laptop as it is portrayed to be!! As you can see in the video I’ve posted along with this review the windmill is going spinning smoothly on my PlayStation, whereas on the laptop is all laggy and it’s like this in all of my games I’ve downloaded and played. Laggy and slow. I read all of the 21 reviews with 5 start ratings, and even saw one where fortnite was running smoothly for them so I quickly bought it with no second thoughts. I recieved it today in the mail after waiting 4-5 days to get it delivered and was extremely disappointed. This laptop is not metal at all it’s made of plastic and doesn’t even have a full functioning fan to prevent it from overheating. I am very upset with this purchase considering all the great reviews I saw. It’s a good laptop if you’re using it for business or school but not for gaming as it clearly advertises in the photos. I am really pleased with this laptop. I use it mostly for music management and light browsing. The touch pad is not as delicate as brand name laptops. However, the price is great and it works right out of the box. It has all of the peripheral ports, numeric keypad, function keys, optional language configurations for the keyboard with two languages of your choice up front to switch on the fly, decent video and sound and it boots up quickly. I expected this to be able to play a basic steam game. Not at all. Cannot handle a basic game. While it's fine for surfing the web, etc. not good enough to handle a video game for sure. Would return it if I could.

Couldn't get the sound to work and it was kind of sluggish. So I took it in, found out. There's no driver for the sound. Windows. 11 is about 3 generations old. So to get it set up and working.It's going to cost me a $145 dollars. Disappointed.
