I purchased my original charger in August of 2022 and the charger would not charge my computer properly with in a few months after purchasing. Customer service was very attentive and provided me a new one. However, this charger started to fray and the metal inside the cord had come through. I alerted the customer service team and I had another new charger the following day. Although I've had some issues with the product, in this case, their friendly and responsive customer service team really makes up for the issues I've encountered. Good to know there is still superior customer service out there!

Exactly as described, shipping was on time as well...there are 4 attachments to choose from and thankfully 1 of them fit-it's not as snug as I want it to be but that's because it's not the original. It's a 100% better fit than those store bought types that come with about a dozen tips that's for sure (I've tried those and they're a waste of $) I would definitely purchase this again...

EDIT: I take back what I said before, this charger doesn't charge at all! At least not anymore. No matter what outlet I put the charger in it refuses to charge my laptop. I know that it's connected because the blue light on the cube of the charge is glowing but it still won't charge my laptop. This was a waste of my money. I had lost my original charger for my laptop and bought this one to replace it. It looked exactly like the one I had before and it was for the same type of laptop. When I got it, I had a feeling something was off with the charger because there were some differences between this one and the one I originally had. When I first plugged the laptop in, it seemed like it fit which made me think that it was fine. Then I turned my laptop to the side and it popped out. The charger is just slightly smaller than the plug in on my laptop but it still charges my laptop so I thought no big deal. It wasn't until I moved my laptop around that I realized the charger on charges my laptop at certain angles. Cause it's not an exact fit, it disconnects I guess and won't charge. Right now I have to wrap the wire around my laptop so that it can charge.

Put this charger thru hell for a little over 3 years, and I mean I'd leave it plugged in every single day/night, the cord would be squished and yanked and rolled over, it went thru the ringer. It finally died out on me, but it did the job well so I bought another one. But I think the fact that it comes with a different sized head for different sized ports is super helpful.
