Like all of you I bought this because I needed a backpack that fits the new smaller [2023] airline personal item requirements. This works for all but the largest 17" laptops and it has plenty of room for a couple pieces of clothing as well. It is very comfortable and works well. This little pack isn't as flexible and doesn't have all the bells & whistles of the more expensive backpacks, but it is an excellent value for the price. There are plenty of sections and pockets. The back is padded. The shoulder straps are comfortable. As my "personal item" for a quick trip, and carry around bag for vacation adventures, it held up well, fit perfectly under the seat on the airplane and was comfortable to wear walking around all day. Winner!

I love this backpack. I ordered the gray and like someone else mentioned. It’s kind of a greenish hue. I would highly recommend this backpack. The padded handle is fantastic. Plus the layout and organization. Even though this is the same size as my other backpacks, the layout makes it possible for me to pack more than in my other backpack.
