While the tracking for shipping was less than desirable, it was quick shipping. You could not "track the location", just that it was received by a carrier. The first pair I bought were way too small. I bought a size 9. I returned them to a UPS spot and normally, you receive notification of your return process. I have yet to see that, 3/4 days later. Customer service says, once they receive the product. I reordered a size 11. They are snug, but fit good. I am normally a size 9. So, if you order, keep that in mind. I love the way it fits. I usually have a hard time with jeans fitting right. They are comfortable and stretchy but not too stretchy where they fall down far after wearing them for a day. They are a little long, but they are good with boots. I love the pockets on the rear. I recommend these pants.

I am 5'2" and weigh 105 lb. I purchased a size 3. They were advertised as low rise, they are not. They are mid-rise they came just below my belly button. They are abit to long but manageable. They did shrink up a bit after washing making it a better fit. I've bought a few more pairs.

I really love the fit and look of these jeans. I've bought several different pairs in different style and love them all. The only thing I don't like is that you can't choose length!! I'm tall at 5'10 and I wear them with boots and they are too short !! I wish they had a length option for tall !! I got the larger size for just in case because all jeans fit different well even the size 16/17 were too small fit more like a 10/12 they’d be a nice pair of jeans to wear if the sizing on web page was correct so therefore not wearable. Very disappointed. Definitely not true to size. However if your a size 0/1 2/3 3/4 you’d probably be ok. ... show more

Love the fit and quality of these jeans. I have ordered several jeans from this particular designer. I’ve been very happy with all of them. I just ordered the low rise black jeans that you will see. Have two button enclosures in the front of the pants. These jeans are thinner material with a little bit of stretch. They have a straighter leg than a boot cut jeans. They are so comfortable and even though they look plain in the picture, they’re really classy. If you like a lower rise, as I do, you will love these jeans!! I had a hard time finding jeans like these in a store that weren't super expensive! These were exactly what I was looking for with the rhinestones. I was also worried about the fit but they were perfect! I ordered a size bigger than I normally would have.
