So far the chair seems to hold, but the filling process is far from easy, there's no instructions, not even in the Amazon post and customer service is inexistent, so after thinking about it I got to the conclusion that the inside cover is just a deposit to fill the bean chair or unfilled when you're going to wash it. If you need a tip to fill it, I used the inside bag, took it out completely, filled that apart, closed it with the laces and then I attached it to the bean chair and begin to filled the bean chair while emptied the inside cover, same process in reverse to take out the filling to wash the chair.

A real scam!! In the photo it looks like a beautiful bean bag chair. However it shows up folded up in a box- TOTALLY USELESS!! You gota spend an additional $50 for beans.
