The media could not be loaded. I've always went to the gym but after covid, things changed and I wanted to build up my home gym. We are using some of our garage so space is limited. This pushup bar is a simple but effective way to strengthen and tone a lot of upper body muscles. It is color coded so you can place the handles in different spots to target different muscle groups. It is easy to assemble and very lightweight. It can be folded when not in use and it doesn't take up a lot of space. It also reduced wrist strain compared to a normal pushup. Love it !

Bought this as a surprise gift for my husband who has always loved doing push-ups. It's really cool how only slight variations with the handles allows you to train 4 different areas! The reason I am giving this 3 stars is the materials are clearly lacking in quality, unfortunately. The board is a bit flimsy-feeling and ours came with some type of residue on it that looks like grease but won't come off. The handles also had pieces of rubber sticking out, like extra material that was not cut/installed properly. No functional issues with it so far, though. I will update if anything noteworthy comes up once hubby starts using it regularly. I'd still recommend trying it out for sure, to see how good of a multi-use home training option it is!
