I'm so glad I bought this before going into labor because these saved my life postpartum. I will tell you the bag is smaller than it looks, so putting these in a normal bath is not going to work and I highly advise against it. What you need to do is buy the Frida peri bottle and put this in some warm water inside it. Life changing for the healing process. My soreness was relieved within 10 minutes of the first use. I still had some left in the bag after I was healed and just continued to use it for sanitation purposes. Would recommend this for anyone planning to do a vaginal birth. ... show more

I used this for sitz baths and also in my peri bottle after delivering my first baby. I think it helped a lot. The fragrance is pleasant.
