Great little pump. I think it has a powerful suction. It's perfect for car rides, or if you want to just pump because the baby didn't completely empty the boob and fell asleep. The parts are pretty good. I know people say change the parts, but I think they're pretty durable. It does have the 2 sizes cups. I never really care about the size cup so I just use whichever. The fact that the bottle has the actual bottle parts like the nipple, It's great because sometimes when I would be in the car and I couldn't feed. Easier to Use Than My Electric Pump

I really like this Lansinoh manual breast pump. I already have an automatic breast pump, but honestly this one feels much easier and more comfortable for me to use. One thing I noticed right away is that I actually get more milk with this manual pump compared to my electric one, which was a really nice surprise. The suction feels comfortable, and the handle is easy to use without making my hand tired. I also love how simple it is to clean and assemble. Since there are fewer parts, it saves time and makes pumping less stressful, especially during busy days or nighttime use. The included bottle and slow-flow nipple are also very convenient. i love this pump so much. it’s a hassle to hand pump but this thing expresses a lot more milk than my wearables or plug ins. i get so much milk when using this. it’s easy to take apart, to clean, and put back together. the pieces and pump as a whole is lightweight so travels easily. recommend buying more bottles as well. overall, recommend this manual pump. ... show more

This hand pump is good, very close to the medela but not as easy to use. The pros : The shape is ergonomic allowing your hand to grip well without getting too tired while using. - it has good suction and two modes, one for pumping and one for let down. -the bottle size is good about 5oz if I remember correctly. -Easy to take apart and clean, whether it be in the bottle washer or the sink it’s not a tedious job. Cons: - its not very easy to switch modes, a lot of times the lever gets stuck or it just completely falls off. -the flange is pretty big so you might have to get inserts. My favorite pump! I have the lansinoh signature pro plug in double pump too and it works great but this pump is so handy. No plugging in or connecting parts. I clean it and put it together and keep it in a ziplock bag so it’s ready to use at any time. I love how convenient and efficient it is. I had the Mandela manual pump but it stop suctioning after a few uses and I never got it to work again despite multiple attempts. I know I could have bought a duck bill for my Mandela but I love lanisnoh bottles and my wall pump so I decided to give their manual a try. It’s so worth it. I just twist a bottle nipple/cap on and it’s ready to go! ... show more

Does a better job than an electronic pump, but short-lived

UPDATE OCTOBER 2019: So after nearly four months of using this multiple times a day every day, it pretty much died. The suction power diminished, and in-turn, so did my milk production because I was not able to get a good volume out before I noticed it was the pump itself going bad. I switched to a Bellababy manual pump recently, and I am able to get a large volume of milk out now. While this product helped me in the initial stages of pumping, its longevity was short-lived. Three stars for it helping me when I needed it the most, but it is definitely not a five star product that could not stand up for long-term pumping. ------------------------ I just had my first baby via c-section a week ago, and I was discharged from the hospital with a one-week rental of a Medela electronic pump that I was using there during recovery. This hand-held pump supersedes the electric one by far when it comes to comfort and increasing milk output. I was producing about 30ml with each pumping on mid-level with the electric pump, and I was able to do double that amount with less time using this pump. I'm on my second day of use with this, and I am able to output 4 ounces (120ml) to satisfy my baby's tremendous appetite. Not bad as a first-time mom. You can ease into the suction gradually to avoid flying into the ceiling, which is nice because the electronic pump makes it feel like things are getting sucked into a wind tunnel. The nice protective purple edges around the suction cups add so much comfort. The parts to the machine are basic and easy-to-clean, but my only gripe is the pump handle assembly that tends to trap water, so you have to really shake it around to get all the water out. Otherwise, this is a fantastic product and I am glad it did not make me completely shy away from offering breastmilk like the Medela electric pump did. ... show more

Great pump but…

Great pump-BUT- do not put the part you put against your breast into the baby brezza bottle washer. It totally warped the soft purple seal so now when I’m pumping it sometimes leaks out. Output with this one is great though just wish I knew that the rubber part was so easily warped.

Great pump!

I wanted a quiet hand pump to use on the opposite side during night feeds and this one has been great. Very easy to use and mostly silent- it can squeak slightly if you hold it a certain way but not loud enough to wake anyone up.
