I am highly impressed with this safe. I sought a perfect hidden safe to be placed behind a picture, equipped with fingerprint functionality. The quality of this safe is exceptional, and it operates flawlessly. I am primarily writing this review to commend the outstanding customer service I experienced. After owning the safe for nearly two years, I inadvertently left the batteries in for too long, resulting in corrosion of the wires and rendering the fingerprint operation inoperative. Fortunately, the safe can still be accessed using the key. Upon contacting the company, they promptly sent me a new battery housing. Despite facing challenges during installation, which did not resolve the issue, the company, without hesitation and at no fault of their own, provided me with an entirely new safe after two years.     • Great Wall Safe for the money
I ordered this wall safe to replace the old small stand alone safe I had. I was concerned about the installation but frankly it was extremely simple for anyone with even moderate mechanical ability. I installed the whole safe in under 30 minutes! The construction is great and the anchors supplied are BEEFY. I don't think this thing is going anywhere! the fingerprint reader and key lock work great. I especially like the silent mode so you can open and close your safe without any beeping sounds. It can store up to 100 fingerprints or be opened with a numerical code or be opened with a key. Looks great and I'm sure it will help my house resale value. ... show more

This safe is solid, easy to set up and operate. I would have given 5 stars except for one issue concerning mounting. The safe comes with four expansion bolts that are a PITA to get lined up right for drilling the studs, especially on the door hinge side as the holes are offset to the front of the safe and are slightly hidden by the frame. It’s a bit of overkill. Save yourself a lot of frustration and use four appropriately sized lag screws with washers. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. What a great safe I had been looking for a wall safe for some time now and was unsure of a lot of the options out there but then I came across this! I love the different ways to access the safe. The electronic access is amazing the finger print has worked perfectly I performed about 100 test of both key pad and finger print and worked as promised every time. I was worried about not being able to access the safe but you get 2 keys for secondary access and then the external battery if your battery's die which was the absolute deal breaker for me. The overall quality of the safe is very strong and well constructed the access panel is very thick and sturdy. The safe sits in perfect between my studs in the wall all I got to do is seal and paint and it will look great! ... show more

    • It does not fit in between studs!!! It is 16.5” wide in back! Waste of money.
Did not fit in between studs. Unit is larger then 16” wide. It looks/feels great but I didn’t end up using it.

    • Great value for the money, couple minor usability issues for my taste
The media could not be loaded. I like the quality of the safe. It will definitely keep your items safe. There are a couple of things that could be improved in my opinion: 1) to enter the code using the keypad, you first have to "activate" it by clicking anywhere on the sensor. You cannot just enter your code, i.e. "1234", and click "enter" to open the safe. You will have to click any other button first, then "1234", and then "enter". 2) fingerprint reader worked without a problem every time I tested it in terms of the recognition, but as you can see on the video when my fingerprint is accepted I could not just turn the wheel clockwise right away to open it, I had to turn it counterclockwise just a hair at first. Not a big deal eventually, and I got used to it very quickly, but the first few times I used it it was a little annoying. ... show more
