The chair must be a return or something quality control rejected. Sits way too low and some of the bottom runners are missing. Contacted the manufacturer and no response. This was an exact match to a couch and love seat I purchased from a furniture store in October 2021. Looked all over for a chair but everyone was out. The couch and chair are excellent.     • Just ok, customer service not good
This recliner seems well made but is not that comfortable. The leather is not soft and the seat is really firm. The leg rest is also hard to raise and lower. Mine was missing a one of the plastic floor protectors that snaps on the legs. I clicked on Amazon's link for product support and it sent me to Lane. Lane said they couldn't send me the missing piece and I would have to get it from Amazon. I contacted Amazon and instead of sending me a 50 cent plastic part they wanted me to box up the whole recliner and return it. Makes no sense so I just put a stick on felt protector and kept it. ... show more

The chair is huge and in my judgment over stuffed. You can’t get back far enough, and the upper back seems too much pushed out. I like rocking in it, but for TV viewing, my old chair was much better. The leather covering is fine, and if was easy to assemble. I just wish I could have sat it in before buying it. I am keeping the chair, but I would not have bought it if I had seen it first. The handle for the reclining assembly is very hard to operate / out of alignment !?? Going to have a friend adjust it. Otherwise its a nice chair !

This is a lovely chair. It has stood up to the rigours of 4 very active and sofa /chair jumping grandchildren. It still looks as good as the day I bought it back in 2020. This is the most comfortable recliner I have ever owned in my entire life. I am small I’m only 5 foot two but the smaller recliners are not as comfortable going through chemo this is large enough for me to lay back and take a nap and really really comfortable love it
