The chair is a piece of junk. It scrapes the floor when the foot rest is down and when it being put up.. Had to put a pipe on handle to be able to move it back and forth. The price was very attractive, but the chairs were not. The picture shows the condition of the chair after ONE hour of sitting in it by my 200 lb husband. No matter what he did, it just looked crooked and the cushions looked like he'd sat in the chair for months. Not a good sign. They were easy to put together. Sending them back to Amazon was a lot of work, though. Thankfully we kept the original boxes. Oh, and mine came with a huge plop of glue on the footrest that wouldn't come off. We called Lane and they wouldn't help. They wanted us to go to a Lane dealer, which was a furniture store in our area. I didn't have a lot of how that they'd help us since we didn't but the chair from them. ... show more
