I've had this Cooler for a while. I didn't want to write a review until I'd had some experience with its ice keeping abilities. I especially wanted to compare it to my son-in-law's Yeti Cooler. You see my son-in-law is a real Yeti fan, he has a couple of Yeti Coolers and a dozen of various Yeti cups. I too am a fan of Yeti cups and have more than a few. I was going to buy a Yeti but didn't want to spend the big bucks, plus I wanted a medium sized cooler with wheels, something Yeti did not have a few months ago. So I did a lot of shopping for Yeti and Yeti like coolers. Then I found this cooler. It was the right size and the right price. It also claimed Yeti type performance. I just took a 14 day vacation in the Smoky's. Although the house I stayed in had refrigerators, there were a lot of family staying in the same house so there wasn't much room for everything in the refrigerators. My son-in-law and I each had coolers, his of course a Yeti. When he saw mine he liked the size and the wheels. His cooler had wheels but was huge. One thing I want to mention is the wheels on this cooler. They are awesome, they look like they'd he hard and noisy, but they are soft, quiet, and roll very easy, they are nicer than the wheels on a Yeti. As far as performance, after a couple of days I still had plenty of ice. This was even after I was taking ice out of my cooler for putting in my drinks. On the forth day my son-in-law asked if he could put a few things in my cooler, OK he had beer to put in there lol. I told him yes of course. I still had plenty of ice which lasted for an incredible 7 days. This was while I was taking out ice and opening and closing the cooler multiple times per day everyday. The bottom line is that this is a super quality cooler. It looks good and has some very nice features (bottle opener). I would certainly buy it again. One slight issue though. The cooler was 1 inch higher than would fit under the hard cover of my truck bed. I needed it to lock under there when I drove to and from the Smoky's. So I had to lay it on its side. Because of the high performance of the actual cooler, it did not leak which was a huge bonus, but I would still have preferred that it could have stayed up straight under my truck bed cover.

I've owned a Yeti cooler and had to carry it everywhere we went for a few years. Now I'm so over yeti, they charge at what the government pays for things, and you still carry them around with you. Now I'm over it and have a better cooler and do not have to carry it any longer and it cost less than a 3rd of a yeti. Someone with a brain made and designed this for all of us to enjoy going places. Wheels are made of aluminum alloy and look sharp, along with when loaded down heavy, you don't know it... Duh u are not carrying it and it's a piece of cake.. Thank you and my back says thank you too!!!~

Bought as a Christmas gift so product has not been used yet. However I inspected the product and felt that the retracting handle was not very sturdy.

I followed direction to cool chest down prior to use. Frozen blocks added and stayed closed for 3 days. Temp cool but not cold inside. Did the same test for another 3 days same result. Spent too much money on a regular ice chest that could've been $40 at local supercenter. Disappointing.

I bought this to replace an older cooler with wheels. The construction is solid. I buy block ice which lasts over a week in hot weather. The handle works well and seems more solid compared to my older cooler. Looking for this one to last a long time
