It was so easy to use and required barely and effort. Pretty sturdy too and came wrapped with plastic. Once you get it plugged in the tubbing it is hard to get off again. I had to get my husband to help me remove it.

I’ve bought other siphons for my tank and this one beats them all! The only thing I wish it had is a cover to avoid siphoning gravel but that is not a deal breaker for me. It hooks on to the side of the tank so I don’t have to worry about it slipping out and causing a mess. It siphoned soooo quickly and I didn’t have to pump so much, probably just a few in the beginning and to get the flow going. It’s also the perfect length for me.
