I wanted something colorful & soft to perk up my home office corner. This is perfect. It is thin as others have said, but it’s great on my carpet. I think it would be great as a bathroom rug also. It does move around/ so it might need some grips if on a smooth surface- but the color & softness are perfect. It’s like velvet under foot. My dog likes to lie on it next to me. And I love that I can toss it in the washing machine. I haven’t laundered it yet, but I’m sure it’ll be ok. It arrived folded - and still a few creases remain, but I can live with those for now. Also - A few of the other items in the picture are also from Amazon: Curtains are “Eclipse Kiara Modern Sheer Voile Light Filtering Grommet Window Curtains 54 x 84 in color Ivory” Table: “Arrow 601 Giget I Sew Much More Folding Table”, (it’s a Sewing Table, that I’m Using for my PC right now, but I can use it for sewing as well). I got these to replace some expensive runners in the kitchen that were ruined with stains. These are so soft that they feel like your favorite blanket and they are SO pretty. I saw some reviews that the colors weren’t printed evenly but mine are both perfect. I washed them straight out of the bag because one review said it took a couple of weeks to get the folds out. They both fit in the washer and came out beautifully. I realize that the quality of these won’t be the same as the ones I am replacing but the fact that I can wash them may very well make them the better value. We have one cat that has his claws. He likes to scratch on the rugs. I could tell this morning that he tried and failed on these because they were a little frumpled up. So he can’t damage these because they won’t stay in place when he tries. They have no weird smell. They are the perfect size. Very light weight. Can’t believe they both fit in the washer together. Wish they had these 7 years ago when I spent a small fortune on the others. I just really love these. I figured they wouldn’t stay in place at all but the backing is good. They don’t slide around with normal use. And did I mention how PRETTY and SOFT they are?😝 Update: I ordered 2 more of these in a different pattern. It won’t let me review them separately. I got them because I have an old cat with kidney disease and a really really annoying habit of peeing on any rugs I put down. She and another cat that has to have special food live upstairs and the litter is always everywhere. It made me crazy to not be able to have a rug. I figured since these were washable, I’d give them a try. She loves them too. She hasn’t peed on them yet. I’m being creative and setting her water fountain right up next to one so she can have warm piggies when she needs a drink. I put her cat cave with her favorite toy on another. I put treats on it. Anything to make her not want to pee on it but I really think she just likes them and doesn’t want to stink them up. I’ve caught her rolling around on them several times. Pros: It's beautiful! The colors looks great against my cabinets and appliances. It's also very soft. The size is great too. It's supposed to be washable and easy to clean, so I'm hopeful it will hold up well. Cons: It's rather thin. If I was to put it near a door, it would easily clear it. But since it's where I stand and do dishes a lot, I was hoping it would have a bit more padding. I have to readjust it sometimes, but not too bad. I have had this rug for over 2 years in a small home with 7 pets and 2 children. All of our living space is high traffic. This started its life with us in the living room on top of the carpet where it did hold up well but with the constant dog and kid rough housing it shifted a lot so we retired it for a while before moving it to the kitchen, primarily to aid our very senior dog's mobility at the time. It has been washed no less than 50 times and it washes and dries beautifully. It returns to original softness after every wash. It is VERY heavy when wet so something to consider if using older machines. It can be difficult to vacuum because it is so thin and light. The color hasn't faded much at all and on the hard floor it's grip is solid. I would buy this rug for every room in my home, for the price and now reflecting on the longevity I couldn't ask for more. ... show more

This was the ninth ("cheap") area rug I've ordered in recent months, and the Lahome rug seems more substantial than any of the other rugs. For example, the package for this 2x4 rug (8 sq ft) was heavier than each of the packages for two 2x6 rugs (12 sq ft). And the rug is thicker and softer than the other rugs. It's okay. The colors are lovely and I like the print. The material is like micro fiber and not like a rug or a typical pile bath mat. I think for what you get, it is over priced. The backing is non slip.

Love this rug. It’s colors are bright and cheerful, the quality if great and it had a rubber backing so it does not slip or walk across the room. I originally bought this rug in a runner size but liked it so much I wanted a larger one. I would purchase again.
