This is very thin rug just like Ruggable rugs. Which works well for use as we have two young boys. However, I can not foresee myself putting this big rug in my washer. I'd have to go to a laundromat for a bigger washing machine. Unsure if quality will change or not after washing. It is very very SOFT! unlike Ruggable rugs (I used to own one but threw it out). On the photo of the item, it is a light green mint color. The description say it's beige. I received this one that looks like grey.. So, I will have to return it since I am looking for a mint area rug. This area rug is very soft, though!

The carpet is good looking. I'm using it in my dining room. It is thin but I put a pad under it so it stays in place nicely. Will have to see how well it holds up but for now I'm very happy with it.
