This was a great upgrade from the original plastic parts. You need to disassemble the majority of the car to install this part but I enjoy a project. If you need to replace the broken plastic parts that your car came with this is the way to go, should last a lot longer than the original. I would suggest also housin upgrading to the metal axles and differentials as well, you'll need them eventually and you're already going to be taking them all apart to install this part. ... show more

    • Be careful with the on/off switch
The switch broke off on the original ESC module so I ordered another one. The install was simple, just reverse the steps of taking out the old one. LAEGENDARY support was really good when I contacted them, they have released a new ESC with a push button on/off as opposed to the sliding switch that has the potential to break. These are pin style mount not hex. For this reason i could not use them. But the are between plastic and rubber.
