I had a stock Granite 4 x 4. This kit just screwed on very simple and now the truck is a monster. Almost too fast for its own good. Lol. The instructions were not exactly step-by-step, but they were close enough to figure out.

Great motor and esc upgrade. Unfortunately, this one I received was an open box missing hardware and the additional spur gears.

Zoooooooommm , almost too fast. Full throttle from a dead stop does a backflip in place... not for novices but unreal if you can keep it on the ground. I had to set my controller to 50% max power for off road runs

    • Easy update
Went in to a Senton Mega 550. Takes about 15 minutes to swap over. Note the ESC has the larger EC5 connector not the EC3 connector that comes standard on the brushed version. Full solid build quality and perfect fit you'd expect from an OEM product. Cooling fans are not waterproof but they're holding up ok with some wet-ish bashing. Car is a rocket on 2S even at 50% on the transmitter. No real need to even try the full 3S beans for our use. ... show more
