This is a green new olive oil released in late 2022. The oil is peppery and fresh with big undertones of fruitiness.

I used to get my oils from a farmer's market but with all the virus the product stop coming Then my secondary source was someone that imported oils but decided to close their store So I ended up in Amazon trying to go through this and trying to find a product with Koroneiki olives This one is a very good one. The only thing is that to open the bottle, through time was getting harder and harder to open. I know is important to have a very tight opening to avoid air...but that was hard. But that has nothing to do with the flavor. The flavor was great.

Finding this product has been a stroke of luck. I am using daily on my salad. It provokes fond memories of having a memorable meal at a small table in Greece or Southern Italy. I use it plain and love the aroma and light fresh taste which is perfect for salad.
