I recently learned about different types of olive oil and how to use each one in cooking. This "Sizzle" product is a type of Extra Virgin Olive Oil that is termed "mellow" and has a 410-degree Fahrenheit smoke point. So it can take the heat of cooking without burning like more delicate EVOO finishing oil would. I would compare it to avocado oil in its ability to take the heat, but it still tastes yummy, like olives. I love the squeeze bottle!
