I have had extensions for a very long time. This is the first time trying this brand and it will be my one and only. I bought three packages and did receive all three in the proper colors ordered. However, the hair quality was awful. The hair was nice and soft when I took it out of the box but it was very thin and I could just tell it it was going going to be a problem once washed or any kind of heat was applied. I had to sort through the bundles of hair to figure out where each would go on my head due to a majority of the little bundles did not reach the length I ordered (22”). They kind of just broke off in the middle and had just a few hairs going down to the ends. Once washed, the hair turned to plastic pretty much and had the grossest feeling. If I didn’t comb it every ten minutes (very annoying to my bf and I) it was just a jumbled birds nest. I kept a little jar of olaplex oil on me and was constantly oiling the ends to help but even then it helped for only a short amount of time. So after all the time (and money) invested in putting them in, not even a week later, I couldn’t take anymore and they came out. That was even a chore due to the hair getting so knotted with my own while taking it out. Sometimes people have to actually try things to believe it so if you do, I really hope your experience is 100 times better than mine.

So I like the quality of the hair but that is about it. The grey/white is in very thick stripes and looks much more blended in the pictures and the grey/white starts down a lot farther than anticipated. Some of the pictures show it almost to the I-tip. A few of the ends broke while installing. But it did curl beautifully.

Disappointed, whatever designs used to attach the hair to the metal loop does not hold. After gentle blow drying and heat almost all of the extensions detach from the metal loop at the top after only a week or two of wear and minimal heat styling, I have not had this issue with other brands.
