All three mascaras were dried and clumpy, not usable. I have used this product for years. I know how it should present, and work. These three must have been on the shelves forest too long. Please send new products or refund the purchase price. Was bought on Oct 13. Thank you in advance for your help

I ordered this because it was a 3 pack but I only received 1. The product description states it is a 3 pack for this price but that is a lie since I only received 1 but paid for a 3 pack.

The product is great HOWEVER, the seller is misleading! The picture shows 3 tubes of mascara for $22. But the small print says pack of 1. So I thought it was one pack that contained 3 tunes of mascara. WRONG! This is a single tube of mascara.

The pictures are deceptive! I paid for what appeared to be and was priced like one, three pack of a great mascara. I got one tube for 28.00 dollars. I love the mascara but the sellers advertising leads you to believe you are getting three. I can buy it at any store for about ten dollars per tube.
