I am so impressed with this liner, I have to leave a review! I have been wearing liquid eye liner for about 40 yrs. (I started young!) Ive tried a lot of different liners. I could never get the pencil liners to look neat and not smuge. I have large blue eyes. I feel in love with liquid liners. I love the precision and ease of a smooth brush applicator and the liquid to get into creases and create a smooth line. In recent years it is difficult to find a liquid liner with a brush or softer applicator tip. I have been searching for one. They have been replaced with the rigid felt tip 'pens'. For some people this might work, but as I have developed a few extra lines around my eyelids I found that the stiff felt tip applicators were very messy to work with and get a smooth line. We'll I'm not sure exactly what this tip is made of, lol I do believe it is a brush, but I instantly feel in love with it!. I've been looking for a while to find this. I noticed it was very easy to guide and glide across the eye lid with ease leaving behind a very smooth line. I gently brush/tap the applicator against the rim of the cap to make sure I have a sufficient amount on the tip, without having too much. I use the water proof because my eyes tend to get watery from allergies, and I often use eye drops for dry eyes. What a mess that creates if you don't use waterproof liner! I wear foundation and eye shadow as well, and start with a moisturizer in the morning to hydrate my dry skin. I was amazed that this liner did not smudge or bleed when exposed to the moisturizer in my foundation! I put on foundation first. This liner stays put! After applying to each eye, give it a just a few seconds to dry and set in place, sometimes I give it a gentle swish of fan with a little card I keep near by. In less than a minute it's ready for the day! I really hope they don't change this formula or applicator tip any time soon. It seems like when we find something that works, it often gets changed. The price of this liner is amazing, you dont have to sacrifice other things when you are in a budget to use it, and it does seem to last longer than many others I have tried. I hope this works for you as well as it does for me! If you aren't use to using a liquid liner, practice and be patient until you get the hang of it. It really gives your makeup a professional look, as you can go as light as you like with it or as bold as you wish to!

Love the stencil that comes with this it works. I've always had trouble with eyeliner wings no matter what tips and tricks I try. I've always had issues making them exactly the same. This stencil was easy to use. Problem solved. Eyeliner liquid stays on well also.

I love wearing black eye-liner! It's one of the main staples to my make-up routine. I have struggled for a long time finding that perfect black, felt-tip eyeliner pen. I have tried so many affordable brands- Revlon, Covergirl, Maybeline, Milani- but NONE of them seem to last longer than an hour or two before smearing, smuding, or rubbing off. I even tried the more expensive brands like IL Makiage and Sephora, but none of them can beat both the cost and quality of this one. The felt tip is perfect for percision. You can add thickiness with just a few strokes. I gt from skinny to thick eye-liner frequently, and let me tell you, this pen can practically do it all if you have practiced enough using the pen. The ink is super long-lasting. I can go a full 12+ hours with it on, and it never changes from the first application. I can go about my day, exercise, or sweat freely, and the ink still stays on. The only downside of this eyeliner pen is that sometimes you have to shake the pen to get the ink flowing down to the tip. If you shake the pen too hard, the ink will flood the tip of the pen and you will get ink bubbles. So be careful when you shake it to get the ink flowing. Also, place the cap back on with percision in order to avoid the felt tip from breaking apart. If you are a pro like me who has been using this pen for a long time, this should be easy enough. I would absolutely recommend this makeup pen to any person looking for an affordable, long-lasting eye-liner.

Really nice eyeliner that applies great and lasts even if you don't use the tool, which actually is somewhat helpful! Can't think of a better formula that I have used lately- drugstore makeup has come a very long way. I always struggle with eyeliner because my eyes are kinda different shaped from each other, but this product helps me get a decently even result because of the ease of applying product where I want to.

The eyeliner works great, but I am having the worst time with it leaking. I have to store it upright, and I have to be careful how long it takes me to apply because it will pool up into my eye lashes. Not sure if this is normal, or if I have a defective unit.

Of all the liquid liners i have thrown money down the drain using this one actually performed. The liner goes on smoothly, thick but not overly thick. Draws a beautiful line, cat eye excellence. When used with a good primer it will stay for a couple days. Weird right? When you're so busy, you don't mind those things lol. Don't spend 20 something dollars on a big brand, that perfect liner is right here. 👌
